MI - thanks for that, but do you have a source? I can't see an exemption stated in the Companies Act and I have been through the AIM Rules for Companies pdf (1 Jan 2021 version) and can't see anything in there either. Not questioning your statement, just trying to get sight of the actual rule governing this.

I have seen the same approach on some other AIM companies though, with the same "all resolutions were passed" line and nothing else, so must be something they are referring to for this get out.

On the AGM results, the item you recall seeing may be the statement that is on the website, but that is just a copy of the basic RNS issued 31st May, as mentioned by others on that day.

So £17mn at year end, deduct c.£10mn paid out in dividends YTD (5 months x£2mn) and sundry adjustments for options etc. gets us to the £6mn per today's RNS.

Is £5mn a typo? Did you mean the £6mn referred to in today's Reduction of Capital RNS?

If so then yes that is curious and I can't reconcile the £99.5mn > £6mn either.

It also highlights that due to the much later release of FY22 results we are now also awaiting the Q1 23 Ops and Fin update which might help resolve this.

And with regard to the Reduction of Capital I now see that they did a similar exercise in 2021 to create distributable reserves then, which allowed the recent dividend programmes to commence.

Section 341 of the Companies Act seems to state that they are legally required to post the results of each vote, but I haven't read it in detail yet.

It was never posted on their website to begin with, and hasn't been for previous AGMs either.

Previous RNS after the AGM included the following statement:

Yet they never actually posted the results, which is very bad form (and possibly a breach of market regulations?). That statement wasn't included this year, perhaps realising that it wasn't happening anyway.

XD date is always* a Thursday (Stock Exchange procedures, *unless exemption applied for).

i3E issue an RNS 8 days prior to XD to advise the value, XD date, record date (T+2) and payment date (for i3E that's normally a Friday in middle of following month).

So expect RNS next Wednesday for XD on 22nd June, payment 14/21 July.

The accounts are therefore later than 'usual', but they are not technically late.

They have up to 6 months after the year end to release them and they haven't yet announced a date on which they will be released (which many companies do) so they haven't missed a deadline. The AGM is also 1-2 weeks later than usual on 30th June so accounts in the next week or so would be likely.

Can I ask what results you are looking for, is it a merged statement or similar with the final 6 months of SHB pre-merger included? Apologies, I may have missed an announcement in all the paperwork.

Their website is showing the next results due as "Interim Results for 6 months ended 30 June 2023" - date TBC.

That's for Greencoat Renewables Plc who have a similar set-up but are focussed on Ireland and other Euro assets.

They are late reported from Friday afternoon, LSE always* mark delayed publication / historical trades as unknown. They would have been marked as sells if reported on time on Friday as below mid-price then.

* I say always only because I have never seen any different in the last 2 years or so.

It's a glitch across all company pages on here today - they are including yesterday's RNS count in today's number. Same for the count of posts on the chat boards, includes yesterday's posts. Data glitches are not uncommon on here but normally only last for one day.

Last 2 years the May divi and NAV announcement was issued same afternoon as AGM, 28th April. AGM is same date this year, Friday this week, so anticipate will be announced then.

My post yesterday did state that I was referring to the registered office, which is in the UK, and the company is therefore subject to UK market regulations. I was unaware of the HQ location so had not assumed it was Birmingham midlands, but as HQ is the basis on which you take the domicile of a company then yes my first few words were unintentionally misleading, but were taken from what I believed to be true at that time, not in an attempt to misinform. Thank you for the additional information.

You could have pointed that out politely though and I would happily stand corrected. To claim "if you don't know the answer then nobody else should" is fundamentally wrong. I am always learning from others on these boards and also happy to share my thoughts if I can help in return. And my intention is to help, even if, as we all sometimes do, it is incorrect.

No it doesn't! You have just taken part of a headline and misquoted it. The rest of the statement relates to non-uk issued shares having a 5% reporting threshhold, as per the market regulations. This clearly doesn't apply to EOG.

Also the shareholder is notifying 4.95%, not over 5%.

It is quite clearly a case of a late notification, perhaps by someone overseas who didn't know the UK reporting threshhold until recently. It's not uncommon.
