Just a bit! Did you not hear how he kicked off and ranted at the AGM. He drove the share price down so that he could nick it for a song, and is now bleating that others are doing the same. Do you remember when the company was suspended from AIM for a year due to some bulls about not being able to find an auditor? It’s a catalogue of nonsense under his watch. They kicked him off the board and it was a relief, but the current bunch appear to be just as self serving. 1000oz my a*se!

Bill, at the AGM, during a somewhat terse exchange, you were heard to say to Emma that the Ghanaian government had accused her of stealing gold. Have you any evidence of that, or can you expand on it in any way please.

Booboouberbear Correct thinking in my view. Believe a word BT says at your peril. This “I’m thinking of you guys” is twaddle. He’s always, always got a self-serving plan. His track record is one of shafting people. I know more about him than I can say on here. I don’t trust 1000oz Priestley either, but at the moment, she’s the lesser of the two evils.

Bill, most of the many years of lies, rhetoric and general twaddle perpetrated by this company happened on your watch!

And no, I don’t want him involved at all because anyone who goes in with his blessing will just be his puppets, and it will all revert back to his original plan for where this goes.

We all know there’s gold there. They ain’t fighting for years and years over muddy fields out there for nothing, but I think it’s so incestuous that I can’t see any route ahead that benefits anyone else other than the board and their counterparts. It’s just a matter of who gets to steal it first.

As you can see if you want to, I’ve made 6 posts in 30 days - it’s hardly a full time job. What is sad are people getting excited that a dodgy ex-chairman is now trying to nick it back like he’s the solution, when he was the problem in the first place. But if you have money in here you’ll learn, like many of us have, never to believe a word uttered by the board.

Personally, I wouldn’t even know how to short it. No one wants to see it go up more than me! What I do know is that I’ve watched Bill systematically run this share price into the ground over the years for his own purposes. He has a reputation for a reason, and it’s not a good one. Toffeeman has popped out the woodwork from nowhere spouting about the share. Mate, if you can buy at 0.5p and sell at 2p, good luck to you. I’m in at much higher, based on many years of past lies from the board made on Bill’s watch. One thing you can guarantee, anything he does is 100% in his own interests and 100% for his own personal gain.

If anyone thinks what I, or anyone else, says about the company on here affects the share price in the slightest, the you need to come back into the real world. What does affect it is when statements are made by the board such as “We should do 28,000oz next year” again under Bill’s watch, and “We are on course for 1000oz a month from next month” made by 1000oz Priestley. None of them could even lie in bed straight!

Keep clutching at those straws chief. I just hope you bought well sub of 1p and haven’t got much money in here.

And if anyone thinks Bill Trew is the great white hope, then you don’t know Bill Trew.

@GoldGeezer That Toffeeman sounds like you did 18 months ago :-) You used to have a pop at me for saying the company is a lame duck, but sounds like you realise it too now. All manipulated, and systematically run into the ground so they can nick it for a song. There’s gold there, sure as eggs are eggs, or Trew and Priestley wouldn’t have been fighting it out at the AGM. Just a shame PI’s won’t get their rightful share of it.

HarChris There is a logical reason. That reason being that the whole company is awash with lies and subterfuge, and has been for many years. We’ve all been right royally shafted.

@GoldGeezer indeed. My contention for some long time. It’s a gonna as sure as eggs are eggs. It’s producing gold ok, and will produce lots of it going forwards, but they’ve ensured the proceeds are not for the likes of us!

@MD248 What makes you think there will be a big increase in production in the near term, when the MD herself said at the AGM that it will take well into (at least mid) next year to get the grades and production up?

Think you eventually came to the same conclusion I did a long while back. At least you could get out. I’m sh*t or bust on it, with the latter being the most likely outcome I fear.

You and your theories. No, I put a substantial five figure sum in years ago, and am sick of their lies and subterfuge. If you think for one minute what is said on here affects the price, you’re deluded. What will affect the price is if they ever either produce decent amounts of gold, or allow what is being produced to reach the top/bottom line.

Rather than just slagging people off, maybe look at the facts. GRL have been “expanding operations” and “looking forward to sustained growth” and blah blah blah since I started investing in this many years ago. It’s rhetoric and b*llsh*t, as evidenced by the fact the CEO blatantly lied in December about production figures from January. Spin it all you like, but they have never delivered what they say they’re going to, ever. We all hope they will going forwards, but realistically, there’s been nothing to suggest they will stop talking crap and produce enough gold to make a profit. None of us have the slightest clue what’s really going on out there, and what’s been shown time and again, even at the AGM, is that these are not people you can rely on to tell the truth.

At the AGM Emma said the “lower than expected” grades would continue well into next year. So I doubt we’ll see any significant increase in production figures for some long time.

Do you really think anything that anyone says on here has the slightest affect on the share price? It doesn’t. I post what I think, having put a big chunk of money with these clowns based on my thinking that what they tell you is the truth. Daft I know. If you think there’s some ramping/deramping conspiracy going on, then you’re a plum.

The guy loading up is just another optimistic mug punter like us all!

@GG Exacltly that. They know exactly what they’re all going to do with it. They’re not going to wait a few months then suddenly say “Oh no, we forgot, the gold loan is due” . It’s all just a case of who steals it first. Porky Trew had a go, but his master plan failed. So I gisss it’s a carve up with AIMS and their buyer, with everyone being a winner. Well, apart from private investors of course. When 1000oz Priestley gave her rousing speech in December, which proved to be lies, it’s a pretty good indicator of what comes next.

As always, I hope I’m wrong. I’ve got a big chunk in here which I’ve had for years.

I think we all know where the gold is going. Clue for everyone else: It’s not going for the benefit of private investors.

Love this board. People who have no idea what’s going on, trying to convince other people who have no idea what’s going on, about what’s going on.

For the record, I have no idea what’s going on either, but plenty of frames of reference, past board lies, dodgy RNS’s, etc etc, to believe that there’s a good amount of the shiny stuff out there, but that everyone else is having a lovely time with it except us.
