Well thats informative
Kept disciplined luckily but still made three large buys based on supposedly good news....Losses now. UKOG not any better!
Probably lots of small buys to avoid the fees.
So far down for so long, averaging .95p, so 1p would be most welcome.
16 minutes?
Watching Homeland and phone HotCopper
Am I right though. If the price plummeted for whatever reason to say 1p (hoping it won't of course) and a stop loss set for say 3.8p the chances are the stop loss will be triggered, but you could get just 1p back? You wouldnt get the stop loss setting say 3.8p? So what is the point of a stop loss set in a volatlile market?
Watching 88e trades on cnbc sliding ticker. I now know how Owen Farrell feels doing his head swing preparation for penalty kicks. Not sure how to determine if trade is a sell or a buy. Coloured triangles show plus/minus from yesterday’s close?
Upside of having collected shares in 88E over many years is the excitment of expectation especially at the start of each year. Downside is seeing so many larger amounts of shares being bought just today for so much less than my average cost. Was trying to explain the principle to the family. Just wait till they find out that I am going to win the NIgerian lottery next week.
OK, last post from me on SXX. Kinda thinking now that if that one vote hadn't swung the permission to build, things may have been different and my investment portfolio would/could have been somewhat much brighter. Learn from our errors of judgement or don't beieve the rhetoric.
200,000 shares accumulated since March 2013. Bottled and sold yesterday with average still at 26.4p thanks to string belief in this project. Not my finest investment. GLA brave holders.
See that hole in the ground, that's us that is!
Shares and value all gone from HL today as well.
Mess from early days this share - even before the name change.
Nice little day in 88e, runined by factor of three in sxx. Ho hum
lso only ever get £25 a time, but had a few over the years I calculated bout 1.2% . Interestingly one of my £25 winning re-invested bonds won £25 recently. Thats a good return. Ignoring inflation, at least the originanal invesment is still there?
Every time I visit this board I see the sell at 13.28 on 6 Dec for £11.57k and think....probably not a good return but at least it was something. Wonder who bought them?
So looks like i have been allocated 6 x the amount the OO entitled me to. Hmmm interesting, asked for more to get rounded number of shares.
My actual opion is not listed! Having been in since the ALO days and topping up occasionally on the posiitve messages emanating from Mowana I feel well and truly shafted here. Retirement suffers because of CRA.
So share price asymtotes to 409p - understandable really, but for how long?
Yeah, bought some, 50,000 but thay are not showing as buys
