or going further in H1, i have no idea may the workovers may reflect something. I have not found anything reflecting a trend.

The reserves maybe there which leads to "we can produce this", yet not showing in last few years. I see what ABZ is saying what's needed

Sorry chaps you need cash, now, any business men or company looking at a interest will exploit your weakness not confirm your dreams. If there are more than two parties interested in what you are saying then you have a bidding war and that being confirmed. Until till that point all we have is views and the strength of the share.

INV33 your numbers are based 2015, if block 19 so good why has production fallen to what?. Is it the life of the wells then surely they would drill more wells as the oil is so important or the new wells drilled at that point in time suffered the decline rates of H1. As to comparing Block 19 to 20 is fantasy, they are miles apart. Look at difference between H1 and H2 in the same block, maybe a little bit of spin on your part. Its like JV or farm out MB said worth 150m

Its been stated millions of times what is supposed to be there, yet country wise, production has fallen each year. What each well is producing is about 30 barrels and just about meets commercial let alone the winters that impact. You need cash now not dreams and a decent H1 compared to the rest.

Work with what you got rather than fantasy land, get two more wells up with at 100 barrels each, stable the share, until then its dreams and garbage.

ABZ, Borzon has contractual terms of 14m over 8 years, what that's 1.75m per year on top of running expenses. Sell the sub thats 50/50 holdings from memory of which MATD would get 50% coming back to the parent which probably equates to two new wells in Heron and probably put in 3d seismic and the new tec, changes the ball game here. said enough today.

If this company is being sold in part or whole its assets need to be in neat packages otherwise it changes everything, paperwise,

where are the assets and whose shareholding are they under.

From January 2024 with MB 68 and the finances of the company, stressed a plan was put into place for some kind of sale, part or whole if needed.

Sunsteppe and Borzon holdings are all under MATD Energy with its own shareholding but a subsidiary of MATD thats a very neat package

paperwise in transfer of ownership. It would be very easy to sell the parent and keep the subsidiary.

With the lack of production and more on proven and MB age, everything is there for a quick sale by whatever means.

Gobi, again, so are they trying to prove resource, again for what end. I thought the criteria here was enhance the present cashflow in way of increased production. Yes proven resource did enhance capital value, when you had the means to extract it. Are all these tests for the benefit of prospective buyers.
