Ftse, a buyout indeed, probably Petrovis they have 13% or 17% holdings and now been part of the capital raise. As they are no TR1's and a lot of big buys and sells, no one here has a clue to who is increasing their shareholding. If Petrovis get to 30% they can then go for the whole of the share capital. At a market cap of 14.25 million all they need to offer 1p per share and it would probably cost them 12 million. With 30% voting rights and LTH willing to cash out and others it would go through plus 168 million of losses here to off set against their profits and everything that,s promoted here. Probably MB would retire and become a consultant. If someone is increasing their shareholding quietly, it may explain slow news and to lessen the share price. As all the great news due and needs for the country, this company is cheap at the price.
