They did say by the end of the quarter- fy results in three weeks so expect news around then ………………
I would imagine that BT have calculated that any appetite for a strike will be low. I also think they will also be banking on the number of lower paid workers - thus better beneficiaries- will ensure any vote will fail.
With worst case scenario workers getting 3%- this is better than the 2.9% the BT Pensioners will be getting at the end of this month .
Mr Abject Performer - I think June will be the time to see some rising in the share price. I do not think Mr Altice will want to wait another six months. With 18% declared - and DT Kingmakers with an additional 12% the time must be getting right before the BT share price starts waxing …………. GLA
Today we will have witnessed a lot of positions trying to make up for errors in this quarter.
Hopefully (although it is All Fools Day ) tomorrow we should see gains.
We are all waiting for June.
But some of us are glad at this small dip with the new ISA allowance kicking in next week.

Feel free to add to this list but …….
Spring then summer just around the corner

Mid May sees Full Year results and dividend declared to be paid in September.
Over to you …..
The Daily Telegraph is intimating that BT’s failure to cut off links/connections in Russia was responsible for the big drop yesterday.
Personally I think keeping connections is vital in resolving this dreadful conflict.
Yield going up by the minute as the sp defends ????
I feel we will be back on track with BT shares today after yesterdays falls.
Onwards and upwards and soon getting over the 200p hurdle.

Five million pound buy at 15:37 . Someone stake building.
Mr Darhi,
Nobody builds up a 18% stake in a monolithic stock for fun.
Hands tied until next June the smart money will be slowly and stealthily firming up positions.
Hence my ‘Strong Buy’ opinion.

Wonder how much of todays rise was due to investors re-investing our wonderful dividend payment.
I know I did and got another 700 - blessings.
At least Deutsche have raised their target price by 20p to £1.40.
The strong bounce back today appears to be a good signal of the slow and steady rise up to FY Results.

The deal with SKY to at least 2030 should be seen as a positive too.
…..or maybe not currently 193.8……..
Once again Martin Lewis is banging the drum about changing providers always based on cost alone.
Speed of service reliability etc are out of the window on the race to the bottom.
Martin Lewis gets commission on those who swap through his site.
Remember the mantra “short term profits long term problems”.
BT is the best.
With the DAZN deal back on the cards for £580m. Will BT get cash for the rights payments to Champions League and Premier Leaguetgey have already made but not broadcast the games?
Seems very complex……..
