Monkey, sorry you are barking up the wrong tree completely, safety in mining in the UK, Europe, Australia, America and Canada is absolutely paramount - there are no shortcuts taken.

Rockfalls are the norm in open stopes, as such nobody is allowed to enter an open stope, so there is no risk to safety there.

Mining is a nightmare for recruitment when the industry is booming, as people are put off for several reasons: -

1. Job Security - if the metal prices collapse they are at risk
2. A lot of people don't like the idea of working underground.
3. Perception - your post is a perfect example.

Thats not a problem, thank you. Just remember investment in miners is ultimately a high risk game, and the ones with the biggest potential rewards are generally the riskier. This company depends on the turnaround happening, which I believe it will. They were flying by the seat of their pants with one stope and got caught out

Theres no surpises there at all, they had already more or less published the quarter production figures in the last update and they have explained the variance. They will hit the hedge commitment by mid November in my opinion .

That aside just going through the figures for the ore sorting, it will add $27 million of revenue per year.

It's nothing to do witht thinking, it's understanding how large excavated voids in a rock mass behaves. If you have an ore body and you mine it out (stope) there is a good chance that there will be a failure of the hanging wall at some point as it is unsupported, it could be a small wedge fail or it could be a far larger fall of ground - it happens, you can design to limit the risk, but its always a risk.

There's no guarantee, in fact I would guarantee at some point there will be another stope collapse - they happen all the time, once you have multiple stopes in operation though there is negative effect on production while the stope is recovered.

We're in a strange situation at tge moment, where we are following the typical junior miners share price profile.

Typically the share price peaks on the discovery, it then falls back, then peaks again on completion of feasibility studies and approvals and then falls back again while financing is put in place, it then peaks again when production/profit occurs.

The difference between RMM and most junior miners is production is already established and increasing and the company is 3 months away from operating profitably.

If they could get there hands on 18 development crews they could probably do it in six weeks, but that's 60-70 miners.

Absolutely, tge mine has multiple production zones and multiple levels in each production zone, so its a matter of resources, if you put the resources in place you will get them.

If the mine hits the plan in the 30th of June update, I think that sort of figure is achievable within 12 months for certain, key to it will be not taking the available credit in CLNs.

The plan for the end of December is 1500TPD@1.95%, assuming the hedged price is achieved (I would like to think it would be at least 15% higher), thats a revenue of $6.5 Million per month.
