Successful resolution of dispute with Government of Sierra Leone 7 October 2010: Titanium Resources Group (“TRG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement in principle (the “Agreement”) to resolve the dispute between its subsidiary, Sierra Rutile Limited (“SRL”), and the Government of Sierra Leone (“GOSL” or “Government”) which related to funds loaned by the GOSL to SRL. Under the terms of the Agreement, the Government will invest £13.6 million (EUR15.6 million*) of the SRL Loan into approximately 113.7 million new ordinary shares at an issue price of 12 pence per share, a 60% premium to TRG’s closing share price on 6 October 2010. Upon issue of these new ordinary shares, GOSL will own 22.8% of the Company’s enlarged issued share capital. The outstanding debt and accrued interest due to GOSL as at today’s date will fall from EUR36.9 million to EUR21.3 million (c.£18.6 million*), a 42.3% reduction (*based on a GBP:EUR exchange rate of 1.143 on 6 October 2010).

no need to ask mikey-feel free, do you have the exact lat n longs for the info you wish to display?- you need to check with the company (nvta) if you dont have the lat n longs and either get them or understand which mapping system they use as there are a few- wgs and psad. one does not convert to the other exactly- ie can be 30-100 metres off (at least) clinger on the her thread on lse is brilliant at doing it and taught me how. you need also to be able to manipulate google earth- there are ways of viewing down and along-isnt always easy to display correctly, especially very close up, some parts of the world arent mapped for close up, africa etc, ive started doing one for txr-titanium ongoing project. gl, feel free to post here as its pretty quiet for off topic etc. if this thread comes alive with investors in hig then well move elsewhere. :-) apols o..um, i mean otium investors ( i am one by the way) otium that is lol

yes claus. ive noticed the subtle tweaks re their web site-all in good time eh. mr wayne malouf had plenty of positives to say. hes certianly proactive and i believe that he will get the job done .(imo). im waiting for the gosl matter to be resolved amicably :-) still not sure yet of those sells you referred to were indeed rod baker-outgoing etc :-) do you knwo what he was holding? imo dyo etc etc

debt-family run etc felt it would take ages for kmr to sort it and less time with txr-who were as you know on track for some decent return since the delisting. kmr got a major mail on sunday write up months back, and she went stir crazy. i saw her price comig down more which it did, good luck to them there mind you, if txt hadnt had the troubles of late, sorted its web and pr which i did expect, last years 17p could have been sustained and more imo. such is life. i still have faith here, thats why ive stayed. more reasons, but doing research elsewhere like you and a beady ye how this plays next 6 months-pala should speed things up imo :-) im watching herencia play out for the next 3 weeks :-)

concur-lots of small day trades sat here today me thinks-pleased with the bigger investors and maybe some long positions? maybe retrace later for the dts, unless the bigger boys and girls see the value (imo) i repeat pala have option to put 3 directors on the board. now why is that? look at the amount they hold and their ptions and see what they did for churchill.wayne malouf-check his portfolio? he has contacts and experience to make this happen. before i get excited i appreciate it will take a little time to resolve, but like they say you gotta place your bets early, assuming people have done their research. risks. yep risks in everything, lets see how it pans out over the next 6 months eh? gl :-)
