bakky you're wasting your time, it seems that for reasons we don't know,he is just posting to wind MHC PIs up and changes tack at every reply denying or ridculing his last point. I gave up responding, his replies contribute nothing to understanding MHC or sensibly taliking about its future development.

It is hard to understand the reasons for PAUL1 's persistent fault finding, see his posting record, more comments on MHC than all his others put together! Why?

PAUL1 With so many shares to watch it is surprising you are able to spend so much time on the MHC BB, a share you don't think worth an investment, offering invaluable opinions and guidance to those of us who have invested. We should feel blessed by your altruism, for what other motive could you possibly have?

PAUL1 It is a shrewd selection of investment displaying sound judgement. We should obviously take your views on MHC more seriously.

I am with you dunkirk1017, this is one of the most constructive BBs and it is a shame one person chooses to add posts with no practical value. Are they are simply designed to wind people up?

That appears to be a disingenuous question but it if is genuine the info is all on the internet, it is too long and complicated to explain here but then it's more likely just trying to create doubt... again.

According to Sat Telegraph analysis in holiday section Boots is the cheapest readily available test apart from subsidised airlline tests. Private clinics afre typically around 2x.

Also Boots has airport shops. In time, perhaps we will look back and realise this was a major coup and key to MHCbuilding credibility and growing as a company.

All very interesting Davand. Matt Allright on Watchdog last night stressed the need and cost of tests. He also said many airlines and travel companies would be offering them. He suggested the total cost for all necessary tests for holiday travel if done separately from airline, would be £120 per person. If he's right, does that make Boots a competitive alternative?

I don't think getting onto Amazon is difficult, there is a scheme for third party sellers.

Interesting Davand, maybe MHC will gain some of this! Agree Boots is a massive win and adds credibility. The weekend Mail travel section mentioned Boots as a source of tests. It is one to hold but the fall back is disappointing. The recent high was probably directly from Levi and TW being so enthusiastic. Let's hope they were right and there is more news to come. TW said it would be mad to sell at 5p, some time after the peak.

Does anyone know if any of the airlines or holiday travel companies who include testing as part of the package, are using MHC? Do MHC lose out significantly if they are not one of these compaies, any info or thoughts?

It is worth pointing out Spanish flu was a seriously damaging mutation of the flu virus but it hasn't gone away. Flu is with us today but its effects are reduced with better sanitation and especiallyin the UK, vaccination of the elederly and vulnerable. Covind will follow the same path. It will not go away but vaccination will minimise the impact. Testing will be an added means of controling it.

The world population is 4x higher tha with Spanish flu. Maybe it would burn itself out in 2 years but the death rate would probably be 4x Spanish flu. We can do our best to prevent that worst outcome with vaccination and testing.

But answering PAUL with serious reasoning is pointless if another spurious irelevant comment follows, designed to throw doubt on sensible discussion.

Are 100% sure covid will be here in two years time or will it die out once everyone is vaccinated against it?

This suggestion is totally wrong.

I have a close friend who is an Epidemiologist researching pandemics in the NHS. She says Covid is here to stay. It most definitely will not have disappeared in 2 years.

Unless we could vaccinate the world population it will be a constant threat and we cannot even vaccinate 100% of population in the UK. It took over 20 years to get HIV under control but not eliminated and Covid is far more widespread.

A map of the world shows massive areas with very low vaccination against Covid, vaccinating the world population is years, if not decades away. The result will be constant mutations requiring all vaccines to be tweaked constantly to keep up.

It follows it will remain a threat requiring yearly vaccination in the UK and testing when travelling to many parts of the world, for trade if not holidays. People arriving here have the potential to bring new mutations.

The 6p+ level were due to very strong recommendations from Levi and TW. Their comments followed a massively over subscribed placement at 1.75p which could have been 2p in TW's view.

Both were based on outstanding announcements to be made and Boots duly followed but not much else of any real substance.

Along with other PIs I could have sold at 6p at a large profit but the Levi TW recommendations were so strong it was risky to be caught without shares before a huge rise from 6p which didn't happen.

Not selling, with hindsight, was a mistake but I am holding. The impact of the Boots contract hasn'treally kicked in yet and surely Levi and TW were not so strongly recommending MHC based just on Boots? Lets hope they were anticipating more than that!

Interesting. Do you know if this the only test Boots sell?

Yourgenehealth, update comment today on advice site ***** following news it had made it to the tender round of a government COVID programme, bidding for a slice of £3bn worth of work. A mid-session update added to the good news, with word that the company had also made it into another bidding lot which could prove even more lucrative, although as was stressed in the earlier statement, there are no guarantees of contracts being won. Shares reached the bell some 10% higher.

Trading at every peak looks possible in hindsight but at each peak you might be selling just before an RNS announcing a huge deal is released? If it happened it could be like an oiler hitting a gusher. That is what has stopped me.

Interesting, I have been a subscriber to Tom Winnifrith's Hot Stock Rockets for 5 years. I find him straight and honest, he often qualifies his advice with caveats making his advice, as afar as possible, balanced and objective. Hi isn't always right but usually admits and explains. He is Marmite but I often wonder if people who make derogatory comments are just following the herd.
Like you I will hold, it seems to me most sells are small. impatient PIs? I asked the question out of interest/to gain knowledge because I hope this may be a long run to hold if MHC obtain solid contracts, which should lead to more, Boots is a solid start. I am glad I did. I believe British Bulls recomendations are technical conclusions, not informed advice on the lines of TW.
I have been tempted to trade but imagine the regrets if you were out when a massive RNS is released! Thanks for the info.

I know it was to DC26 but all of us invested would probably like to know where the Short/Sell flag appears. I hope Levi and TW were right but does a a flag like that suggest they may not be?
