Hard to buy any type of volume now

Considering 35,859,790 is the number of shares converted, trade for 15,859,790 they’ve certainly offloaded into high volume day yesterday which bodes very well for coming days and weeks now overhang cleared with share price holding up very well!

Yes Iceman, they converted yesterday and could well have sold into the rise/high volume and is likely they did.

Plenty of green posts, so an introduction is needed for newbies. Say hello to our 3 stooges (ranger, aim and golf), they spend night and day on the bb without being invested. Obsessed over ntvo as much as they are with a bb poster (Helx).

They’re useful idiots for those that are trading, the constant waffle puts some off investing or fear mong weaker hands into selling, coming in handy for those looking to re enter with trading pots.

Sentiment here has well and truly flipped. having languished for months at all time lows, we’re now seeing higher lows and higher highs! Expecting 25-30m mcap very quickly over coming months before dizzier heights when GOPP is introduced towards end of Q2. GLA

Any looking in, when factoring a bb posters opinion should do the basic litmus test (reading through past comments for a few minutes) to have an idea of posters agenda (goes both ways) - they’ll realise pretty quickly how special he is.

Cleared out a lot of sellers/profit takers/traders today which is extremely bullish moving forward. At barely 3m mcap we are still ground level with the ceiling so high it’ll make you dizzy thinking about it!

If we’re out of closed period, expect director buys - they seemed very eager in the webinar! GLA

Excellent update today! Sentiment had shifted prior to the update, with hardly any sellers in the 0.40’s, hopefully todays news is catalyst for a big move up with assay results due to come in very soon (i imagine the next week or so).

For those looking in today, Bonanza is starters and the mcap should be way higher - then we have La Patona’s gold ore processing plant which is due to go live by end of Q2 (a point we are funded past), where main course will be served!

I haven’t and don’t expect to Downagain, it’s not something they can share with us via email, given it’s price sensitive. The point isn’t to receive a reply but to make them aware shareholders hold them accountable for such statements. As mentioned earlier, time of year and really crazy gold prices have thrown most norms out the window (mining contractors wield more power given there’s only so many of them, their services are required more than ever with companies looking to take advantage of record prices) - so yeah, as an investor I’m happy to give some leeway, yet hopeful, news on one being appointed is imminent with the team on the ground in Peru!

However they put their foot in by suggesting the following week - it’s definitely something holders should pull them and ask via email (i already have) but factoring in festive time of year and record gold prices we should allow them some leeway imo.

Expecting it to arrive any day now, trend has reversed and is bullish - consolidated nicely at this range, with not much available on the ask….Still a stonking buy given mcap and macroeconomics!

I might be wrong downagain, it’s just my view.

Either way, the overhang cleared is super bullish for us! It can decimate the price, instead we’ve seen them exit as the price has gradually risen the last 2 weeks (it stunted the rise, yes - but could’ve been much worse).

Downagain the 1.8m can be repaid, yes YA have a right to convert but if they don’t the note will be repaid normally.

Given production is imminent, cash flow is expected and most importantly YA are now at 0% holding this strongly points to normal repayment (fixed monthly fee with the 5% interest).

Conversion usually only takes place if the company isn’t in a position to repay, in which case YA would’ve kept some of their holding and staggered conversions.

Timed just as YA finished selling…..🧐

YA was not a (long term) holder, it is a structured funding vehicle. This is structurally very positive for us (I agree with what ragingcow was saying earlier) - the overhang frlm them is now clear.

In practical terms it means ntvo is unlikely to draw down any remaining amount under that cln facility. With production imminent it tells me we’re close to operating cash flow!!

That is a massive churn out the way while the price was RISING! I was hoping the larger sells belonged to them and it’s great to see it was!

Imagine how it’ll start moving now they aren’t holding us back any longer!

Our stooges can talk as much as they want, the market really doesn’t care as shown recently with SP rising almost 100% from Dec lows (with plenty making profits or sat on a healthy profit!)!

What we need is company confirmation mining contractors have been appointed…until it arrives, which i reckon is imminent then we’re in limbo and the market doesn’t like being left in limbo! Yes there’s massive upside potential (and very little down side buying here), but it’ll only realise with news flow (we’re expecting - but has to arrive). So come on BOD, it’s time to deliver!

Mozax - don’t mind ranger. He’s lonely, the festive/new years period is especially rough, so give him a pass.

If you start paying attention to the bb we have a few nut cases who are either obsessed with the company (ranger, golf, guzzler & steve) and others that are obsessed with posters, namely helx (known as the 3 stooges - again ranger, aim and golf).

A normal person would think, why would they post multiple times, each day, every day on a bb for a company they have no intention of investing in - well here’s the thing. Most of them (aside ranger, see first paragraph) have all insinuated they want entries, or trade the share - so there’s your answer. You’ll get little sense out of them but great satisfaction when the SP rises like it did in the last week and it will again very soon with news due on multiple fronts! Good luck whatever you do
