Many thanks Magoo - so I am still trying to work out which existing project(s) are included in the JV deal - as you say, if Snowy becomes included, back costs (with possible uplift) are recoverable plus a $2 per ounce on inferred resource (possibly only on gold) - which would be fantastic!

But the presentation just gives two enormous areas of the country as being included in the JV but not any existing project names - so is it just the territory and the opportunity?

I have been trying to work out which particular projects are actually in initially, I believe Verkhuba is NOT and that Snowy is not (to begin with anyway) - so which projects are in? It seems that it is specifically focused on gold.

The presentation just shows 2 very large areas on the country without our prospects annotated in any way.

Looks as though Edison disagree with you, with them aiming for 370p (odd) - although I accept they tend to over egg it.

I do believe the company is unique market disruptor, such as Revolut, but mainly for the Far East.

I still do not understand the rounded large trades - I don't think that this is the company buy back scheme - so who is doing what! In my view, a large holder selling or a single entity buying would have gone through a disclosable threshold by now.

2 x £300k and plenty of £100k+ trades today - this is not normal trading, what is going on?

The size and frequency of the trades are totally out of the norm - size, round quantities etc - this is institutional buying for a position or corporate action - either way - the seller(s) surely have to be large holders and I would have thought would have gone through a disclosable threshold!?

Who are the sellers and buyer(s)?

I agree something is happening - the size and the frequency of trades over the recent period is very much outside of normal parameters.

At what stage does a working order have to be disclosed? So if they are building a 10% stake can they avoid declaring when they go past the 3% threshold?

Also, the person(s) selling would probably have to disclose on their way down, if they were disclosable prior or were an associated person, surely?

Lifestyle Company? It is anything but that - those involved are living in the country, CEO and his family are all there, and he wouldn't be "following on" investing his own money on each raise and he would be taking a large salary if it was a lifestyle company.

I believe he is one of the most knowledgeable guys who is actually doing it and is clear in his vision.

The people who attended had the opportunity for a free conversation before and afterwards with Harry and John for as long as they wanted and they both were very happy to answer our questions and have a general chat about everything we chose to bring up. There was also an analyst, Simon, who was very enlightening and well informed.

Hence the total lack of need to ask further questions during the meeting - not a lack of curiosity or effort.

These guys need to seriously get some UK (and worldwide) investor interest in the company - everything seems to be going right other than there is no interest (or understanding) in what they do!!!

A very positive and confident presentation full of confidence and excitement with what they have and what they expect to have - well worth a listen to when it is published.

Very surprised that it has not moved the SP but then the people listening probably are all fairly fully loaded in the shares already!

Once again, very impressed by what they are doing and how they are going about it. So easy to take any old offer to avoid dilution - but to take dilution for a longer term extra gain gives confidence - so long as you believe in what they are doing - I do! The multiples seem quite staggering.

I thought that the presentation was good and informative as well as positive.

The company had no alternative other than announce that there had been an approach and that in itself probably also added interest from other parties.

It was / is disappointing that there is no deal of any sort on the table - well, one that Alex can talk about and he certainly wouldn't want to have rumour whilst discussion, if there are any, are taking place.

He has made the company's strategy quite clear and it is either something to support or go elsewhere. As he said, if a deal comes off it should be a multiple reward - until then it will be a struggle.

I note your comments and I wait to see the results - which given the enterprise nature of the systems will probably take a while to come through.

Something else has gone on here to raise the price circa 50% - I can only assume that there has been some serious PR/city presentations going on - I can not see any other drivers - no apparent following here, no high trading volumes, no buy back or position building - a solid set of results but nothing to write home about - repeating that there is expectation from organic growth in the future (again).

I am at a loss.

I do think that the sector is full of "older" senators but there is also a few younger whipper snappers coming along - eg Alex Walker at East Star Resources.

I just wish Harry would show some enthusiasm, rather than resigned boredom, when he gives his presentations. I have said it before - keep him as CEO but bring in someone for investor relations!

The news was incredibly exciting and positive and really what Alex had alluded to in the recent presentation. The initial market movement was positive but trading has been light overall - and a few may well have top sliced given the volume increase.

This is still very much a small cap without a large following yet - we need to be more evangelistic about it - I am sure Alex will be doing the rounds but we are too small for most investment funds.

Give it time - I am sure he will deliver, if he hasn't already!

I have been buying on the way up (and above the current price) - happy to continue to do so and hold for the longer term.

I do wish Harry would understand that he comes across as bored and unenthusiastic (he has for some years) - and his apprehension to commit to a positive timetable of what happens and in what order (not surprising given past performance) leads to a lack of trust building. I am sure that there could be some shorter steps he could commit to and announce on achievement - something for us to hold onto.

He desperately needs to be able to change the narrative to what the business is/will be doing and is developing - as opposed to problems with timing and funding.

A bit of excitement would be really helpful!!!

I still think that he should remain exec chairman as he is key, but he is not the front man for general investors or general presentations - compare him to East Star's Alex Walker - he's come out of no where but exudes relevant knowledge, has a vision and is generally extremely positive.

I remain having belief in Kefi delivering - after being here years - but I remain on continually on edge.
