What a load of BS aspers. This company needs to move forward. If it's to the detriment of 500 engineers or so so be it. There are thousand of shareholders who wait patiently for this ship to turn around and it will thanks th O;shea. For years engineers have come first now its time to modernise the business and focus on what is making money for the bottom line.

Since Carolyn joined in January 2018 ITV has been in decline long before COVID. Just look at the share price. Rather than a strategic refresh she should have been bolder with her moves. Easy does it just doesn't cut it in the cut throat world of media.

The cynic in me says that this is a nicely timed article so as to vote favourably in the AGM for remuneration and her appointment. I have voted already and my vote was against Carolyn. She must be removed.

In the case of technicians they are always the last to accept a change as it always unsettles their cushy number. If it was up to them the way they work would be set when they join a company and stay like that until they retire.

Here here let's see whether they sign which I am sure the vast majority will do. Once the company starts taking off then they can demand until then they can shut up or go it alone.
