The Company announces that, on 22 January 2021, Tim Elliott purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') in the Company.
I think its the long term PI's who want a steady income , wishing for dividends. May I suggest the older generation....
Question - if they start paying dividends again, isnt this more actractive to fund managers & PI's looking for regurlar dividend income. I know PI's who only invest in shares paying dividends. Does this not drive the share price up as well???
Here we go again, probably 5% down at close! You can set your clock to it.....
Im not sure this is a tidy up exercise in the current climate. They have a huge amount of extra work going on due to Brexit and covid. It does appear to be far fetched but could this be lining up dividend pay outs for this year?
Profit taking and then a sheer panic I suspect. This has risen so much from a drop to 22p in March. Ive been advising friends and family over the last 6 months to jump on board and they have done and they have all held and we expect this to continue north again. As new investors climb on board.... Onwards and upwards....Its the best time of year to be in PFD, roll out the mince pies...
Amazing set of results.
Its says
'Hovis disposal completed 5 November, raising proceeds of £37.3m'
Here we go... lockdown about to commence and PFD start's moving north....
How high will this go during lockdown, with figures about to be released and hopefully the Hovis sale. and everyone eating at home...
All eyes on a fantastic month ahead... apart from lockdown with the wife and kids for a month ... ho ho ho!!
I think this is helping.....

10 November 2020 - Half year results for the 26 weeks ending 26th September 2020
Cant beleive I bought at 32 and they started going down, so cashed in... gutted. Any other tips?
Anyway back to PFD.... I do get the impression this maybe being pushed down, ready for another push soon. Too much talk of 2nd wave at the moment, so less eating out again. Plus the hovis sale and plus the FTSE 250 index news....
Good time to top up ....
Can someone give me an update on this, do we still have anything to worry about as a business... when will all this negativity with the SFO go away?
Profit taking... this has moved so much over the last 3/4 months. Plus most of the market is down today.
August is also generally a quiet month and potentially no news for another quarter.
I wouldnt worry, this will be back up soon....we have the best time of year for PFD to look forward to. Autumn and winter is our best quarters... plus 2nd wave does look like its on its way... so less eating out.

Hi Protraderx, I noted your comments on BOO. I have also been watching and keen to get back in, what is the technical low?
this was exciting for me on Friday.
Closed @ 58, and look at the buys compared to the sells... PFD is now the place to invest money long & short term. Only moving north...
