Interesting comment on sustainable energy minutes.
"All political parties at Stormont are against the sea caverns gas storage project at Islandmagee"
Aim, you're like TDF with this behaviour and we all know what happened there don't we. Keep disrupting this board with personal attacks and don't be surprised if the outcome.
All of which are reported btw.
Stokey, it would be good if you could condense this into a more digestible size, it's just rambling and going in all directions.
I didn't ignore the Bae statement as it's irrelevant. A non complaint bid could have been submitted on purpose, I've done it before.
If you're asked to tender for work it's more appropriate to put one in that you'll not win as opposed to not responding at all. .
Stokey, the bid was placed by Team Resolute not H&W. One would assume that the main procurement / contract and financial risk sits with Navantia UK or I would suggest BMT as they performed the design this delivering the baseline costs.
H&W couldn't bid for anything significant.
Stokey, majority of outstanding risks that cannot be mitigated as they're regulatory approvals therefore certainly not guaranteed plus there is nothing there. What you're basically saying is, here's some land and a bit of planning permission with a marine licence ( potentially )and an opportunity to turn it into Gas storage or Hydrogen storage with no commercial model, framework or guarantees . Good luck selling that for £1 let alone £100M.
It was used a vehicle to raise cash, I don't need explain the history as you are well aware.
He who tells one lie isn't sensible of how great a task he undertakes for he must be forced to invent 20 more to maintain that one single lie.
Sound familiar?
The lack of fundamental business and commercial knowledge on this board of "Investors".... is beyond hilarious. Random links which have 0 affiliation to the business and the constant assumptions and stories of "What if"... make my teeth itch.
Stokey, it's not a sofa or a house on the market. It's a hole in the ground in some farmland with some form of planning permission. The critical enablers to make it a viable commercial investment aren't in place, nor is the framework and nor is the business model. ML is one enabler. Nobody would buy it at risk of not getting the others or having to spend vast amounts of cash and allocate the resource to do it.
It's called risk management.
I'm gobsmacked
