It would take millions to even bring them into a state where they could deliver anything outside a few barges, some fabrication / maintenance work and sticking bits together.

The hilarity in all of this is that "IF" caverns are to be constructed at some point way down the line in the future, and we're talking at least a decade if not more, then any shareholders with H&W won't directly benefit from that in terms of ROI so still confused why anyone brings this up unless it's a genuine concern for renewables, which is unlikely .
