I think the fact that Slim has met and spoken with MC & JM, gives him the right to feel the way he does! He has put himself out there to get answers directly and face to face, something I for one can’t take any credit for.

Simms is not merely a professional ‘extrapolater’ but can even read tea leaves to a high degree of certainty! ;-)

CCC, there’s been so many comments over the eons here about hints, body language, comments, nudge nudge wink winks etc that you could write War & Peace! The land package is nothing new and if we are such an attractive asset, why isn’t there a stampede to buy us? I understand the caveats around jurisdiction, however I can’t for the life of me understand why we haven’t been sold! Still holding, never sold any and time will judge my decision as utter stupidity or a sanity!
