To add further, like many others what I didn’t expect was a sales process of nearly 2 years if we are so attractive? I understand the jurisdiction concerns over Nicaragua, US sanctions, as well as people making low ball offers, but nonetheless whether naively or not I expected a sale by now, albeit not being privy to JM’s required price. I just hope that the increase in the gold price over this period will push us into a perfect position.

Let me clarify my comment Bottomzup for your benefit, it was specifically aimed at a magical rerate as alluded to by smkr! I’ve been here long enough to know what’s gone on to get this far, with many false dawns suggested by various posters over the years, whether for their benefit or otherwise. There has been far harsher criticism on here of the way things have progressed to date by MC, whilst I have sat silently on the sideline. I’ve taken full responsibility for my investment decision here and will happily apologise where necessary, this not being one of those occasions!
