Were are the strategic partnerships with cutting edge manufacturers like RR, Boeing and Airbus.
RR is developing eclectic engines with Easy jet for instance and shouts about it!
Like I said this is being run like a civil service department, change of culture at the top needed.

There dont even have a communications director, or shareholders office, I spoke to RRs and have a good conversation with a senior manager, no numbers no emails address nothing form IAG. Where is the Shareholders engagement?
