Calibre, ouch!
Condorpilot, good spot sir, that is extremely high volume for the German listing and speaks to the Undervalued update.
I had similar thought slippery.
Looks like a few T20s going in and why not, the time is right. I’m personally expecting news to land the day or two after the new funds hit.
Looks to me like we just ran out of money for the mill deposit (and land), since we are apparently on plan B/C for both items.
I’d expect the mill deposit RNS to show up pretty soon now.
Possibly RB giving MC a bit of a jolt.
I would guess that JM has a target % of the stock taking into account others he knows to be allies to achieve an overall safe majority of shares. And that when he says he will be ‘buying more’, he is simply preserving that overall group %.
When new shares are issued he of course keeps up. When allies sell, that’s when he ‘buys them back for the group’ (and himself) on the open market.
Possibly.
CF, thanks.
Excellent questions and interviewer. Still like getting blood from a stone when it comes to firm dates, but a few more snippets.
Thanks.
Because offers have been made and if not accepted the govt will step in. But important to do the right things from a social POV
I don't have the exact wording, but Mark explicitly said words to the effect that he would like to support the long-term holders of the share.
Exactly Dan, my sense is that it will happen shortly. What that ultimately means however, who knows.
...infill drilling is required whether for post-construction production or short-term toll milling production.
Re toll mining: "I don't want to be drawn, both parties are interested (40,000 oz per year)"
"Several approaches on gold loans...will come clear in the next year"
"Minimum dilution, that's what we are focused on"
Land ownership: 100% of plant location, tailing facility, water retention dam, explosives magazine; 97% of land within pit; 90% of waste dump.
Re M&A: "There comes a point with companies like us...there is a shortage of projects on the world market with this sort of scale that are fully permitted...I don't want to comment...if there is anything material, I have to announce it"
Looks like Mark is giving the presentation from the on-site trailer.
Could be wrong but I think Youn may be a LTH Tester, who was adding his experience from this afternoon. Excitement is high but timeframe is still 2+ years for hopefully the real prize.
That’s how understand it too. Why do infill drilling specifically now if you weren’t going to do toll milling.
Well, there are 7 items on the 'what is Condor doing now' slide, and #7 is 'commencing site preparation by year end'. Items 1-6 are all the things we are awaiting and - since I believe the items are arranged more or less sequentially / chronologically - I would therefore expect to be announced before year end. Like a couple of folks have said, maybe it is the 100% land ownership which triggers announcement of all these items.
He says at the end that the share price is 40p, so he obviously made the presentation 24th Nov / 10 days old.
It may of course be that we toll mine at both Calibre and Mako. Trucking costs probably not significantly dissimilar, or even significant for that matter. Keeps options open, mitigates risk.
