Mining ban to be reversed by government? I rather lost track of whether CNR holds a concession there.
Let’s hope so Simms.
Yes, short term gold price = zero impact on a sales price. Companies already have their own internal idea of forward gold price / M&A. It’s their business, what they do. Pointless incessantly referring to it.
Dude, you do recognise that in your response to points about the slow progress of this project you just randomly advertised to everyone that you are over-exposed and stressed, and folks will view your future posts in this light, right?
Regardless, it would be nice if the current situation stimulates tolling.
Also, I'm not sure that we should file the latest Honduran news under 'Awesome'.
Ah, but Hirsch, don't forget that we have the mill in the country which has totally saved us 12 months. Like, totally.
I mean, it's admittedly only a small percentage of the total build slated to be finished in 3 years time so that time saving is entirely logical, especially since it is *in country*. Erm, right?
Pity that is probably now going to be double…
Shambolically slow progress here. Plant should have been on the ground by now. This is not a major installation.
Thank you very much AFf for posting the link.
I unfortunately feel as if we are now where I thought we were 14 months ago, in terms of time to production.
The King of Mining. Ex-army.
I think the key things form the presentation were:
1) That there is nothing 'official' regarding M&A with First Majestic. i.e. there *are* probably discussions taking place in that sense
2) Toll mining discussions with Calibre have stalled but there is an option with the apparently more receptive Mako once their second mill is up and running assuming there is capacity remaining at that point

Beaty and a bunch of T20s being sold IMO.
Given my filter list, can't be sure if already posted...see links below regarding Outotec mill.
Timeframes appear to jive with the "90% ready to be shipped" statement. Furthermore, FM updated the market in June 2020 on the arrival on site at San Dimas of their new HIGmill, but didn't mention the purchased SAG that was supposed to go with it with (combined capacity 3000 tpd). The finer -grinding HIGmill alone seems to be working very well at their other site so maybe that equipment alone has been found up to the task and/or they botched the feed size or hardness in design. Either way it looks like they no longer have a need of it and I believe it's now ours.
Anyway, if the mentioned aux equipment comes with our mill as well, then ~36% original purchase price. Without, wild guess 60%?
Critical path potentially now all the rest of the infrastructure / funding. Personally I'm in the camp that land purchase completion is not on the critical path, hence not really worth discussing at this point.

We need to buy all the rest of the site infrastructure. You'd have to expect now a monumental effort to increase the SP from the company.
Maybe 4 months startup / ramp up period and thereafter net 310 days a year. Timing of production is all a little moot anyway without a plan of actual startup date. Great RNS but I read the ‘12 month’ time reduction as versus an order of a brand new mill from an OEM (which was never the aim). I don’t know what now prevents us from having a clearer plan, hopefully TBA.
?
I mean Cacao...
Well, hopefully the stated urgency behind the recent cash injection wasn't just for drilling on Mestiza and now that the moolah is properly in the bank and the shares issued, we get an RNS with all the pent up significant news , erm, Tuesday or Wednesday morning?
Calibre, ouch!
