Slippery, do you know if MC is still holding onto his MTL shares? I had numerous emails over the years with Mark, never had the chance to meet him or talk to him.

I liked Mark. He had a tough job. Did well to keep the lights on and get this deal over the line. Much better and bigger prospects than being gobbled up by calibre and now equinox.

Pedro, please do everyone a favour and move on. We are all adults, we make our own investment decisions. Please stop.

Hi Seingred. I bought into ARIS around Feb time. Did well, sold at about a 70% gain a month or so ago and put into EQX.

Have a much bigger holding here.

Gold miner, their AISC is $1570. They are reinvesting in their own growth profile, exactly what MTL are doing.

Firstly, I am long MTL. I've never sold any shares even when I was in CNR. I'm happy with my size of holding. I am not here to ramp/deramp, just trying to give an honest opinion.

I would say at present we are fairly valued with what we currently know. It is hard to put a price on the value of dupax and abra at present until we know more from the drill bit. I'm staying of course and I'm confident of both dupax/abra from what DB has been saying.

For example, we are currently half the value of Aris mining, who are currently on track to produce mid point of 2025 target of 250,000. They have a path already to get to 500,000oz in 2026 and then also have 2 other exploration targets with big reserves outside of their 2 current operations.

Does anyone on here know how much gold we hedged and at what price? Remember Darren mentioning it briefly during one of his recent talks, think he said a few thousand ounces but wasn't sure.

DDD, I spoke with Ryan King, VP investor relations at calibre (now Equinox) prior to the announcement of the sale of condor.

He said something along the lines of 'wouldn't rule out a bid later down the line'. This was before the merger with Equinox was announced to the market but during the time they were in discussions with Equinox behind closed doors.

Equinox have enough on their plate trying to sort out all their own issues up in Canada and Mexico. They are likely to divest their smaller mines like the Pan mine in Nevada. Ryan was asked it they would consider divesting in Nicaragua, he didn't directly answer it but I doubt they would as it's well run and low AISC compared to their other mines.

Equinox are focussing on the Americas. I don't think they would buy us now and split the business/sell off the Philippines assets. It wouldn't make much sense.

Vermilion (or am other ex-CNR holders), has anyone heard from MC since the takeover? Just curious that's all. Wonder if he still holds all his shares or not.

I am a happy ex-CNR holder. Always has confidence in the project. Some dark times several years ago, had to average down a shed load. Glad I did. Just topped up my final top up today. Rounded up to 2m shares with an average of 6.9p. Very happy with this average. Won't sell any until after first pour at La India. Would then need to decide whether to sell or hold as I could be mortgage free and some by that point.

Pleasantly surprised we've shot up this quickly. Not uncommon though looking at the timing on the lassonde curve.

As posted before, Rio2, single asset company announced starting construction late 2024. Their sp was 0.65 at the time and has steadily climbed to 1.46 now. We've just climbed a bit quicker.

CFC, I believe broom was trying to say that the free cash flow is being used to fund the build in Nic, hence it could technically not be classed as FCF as it's 'ring fenced' for the construction costs. Broom can confirm that if he wishes.

Learner, the reason calibre didn't offer on CNR was because they were in talks with equinox at the time and only yesterday did they complete their merger. Equinox gold will have a combined market cap of $7bn CAD.

Worth listening to one of their recent videos as they also buy ore from artisanal miners in Nic and pay something like 40% spot price and then process it

themselves, something Darren was talking about in the video. Very impressive like others have been saying.

M4, the whole market may wake up the undervalued gold companies so FCF valuations may increase in years to come. Before that hopefully happens, think it is worthwhile keeping our feet firm on the ground. Saw a graph stating only 1% of global equity investments are in gold equities, the lowest it's ever been. A year or so before (don't quote me), it was 2%.

Jarvaman, the company hedged a % of production at $2200 so that's why our average price was lower.
