The Financing is comprised of:

A US$225 million senior secured debt facility;
A US$75 million gold prepay facility;
A US$125 million gold stream arrangement; and
A US$95 million private placement of Sabina Common shares.

The CAPEX in the Project’s most recent feasibility study is US$466m (C$610m). Relative to all aspects of the package, debt and streams make up ~82% of the funding with the equity component contributing ~18%. The Company is now working to finalize 2022 work programs and budgets to meet first gold pour in Q1, 2025.

Other than waiting for the bfs to be released, there isn't much more news to be released at this stage other than potentially infill drill results on mestiza (which will not be used in the bfs) and potential toll mill (who knows).

50% of Npv at this stage sounds reasonable. Skeena resources released a pfs July 2021 and are trading at 50% of their npv (@$1700 gold). They are due to announce their dfs end Q1 2022 and project finance around H1 2022. Their project is in Canada and much bigger but gives an idea where we could be valued at this stage.

Q4 delivered around 12,000oz with aisc $1100. They are aiming around 50,000oz at their 500tpd limit (until they upgrade to 1000tpd early 2023). At $1800 gold, they are making $35m fcf per year pre tax.

A simple market cap to fcf gives 4.45. Calibre are around 2.5. Mako looks overpriced given their small deposit and calibre look way undervalued with their $100m cash and zero debt. We would be looking at $95m fcf in our first year with gold at $1800. If you compare us to Mako once in production, we could be looking at around $300 Market cap. With around 250m shares in issue, that would give around 90p.

Any mention about capex being higher? Mention on the new slide of $125m and aisc higher at $900. I know aisc was higher due to adding in the underground, but wasn't expecting this high.

If there is talk of £1 a share then Mark needs to sort out a toll deal.

I'm fairly sure we are still waiting on the infill drill results from mestiza. Although this won't increase our overall reserves, mestiza is high grade and hopefully we'll get some good results confirming what we already have there. Personally I don't see any big material news next week regarding land or toll. We still have time to buy the land. Calibre have only just acquire fiore gold and are probably busy focusing on that and settling back down to normal business.

Seingred, that link is 2 years old. Really not sure on the toll. Calibre looks like they've got their hands tied with their acquisition of fiore gold. Not sure how it will work but they might have a board reshuffle/have some new editions and they may need to re-discuss a toll. With timescales, fs done by Q1, I would hope finance done shortly after but with timescales, likely end H1. We would need a toll prior to finance to see a decent rise in the shareprice.

Was listening to a podcast with mako. He said they will need about $4.5m usd to upgrade to 1,000tpd. Still not sure if we'll have much time to do a toll with mako, they'll be ready with their own ore end of 2022/early 2023. They are still ramping up to 500tpd and will probably take a few months to upgrade to 1000tpd.

Hi ddd. This time of the year again! My prediction from last year was way off. I was hoping that the finance would have been out the way by now. Obviously there are several factors that could influence the share price over the next 12 months, general market sentiment to mining stocks, toll deal, amount of dilution come the fundraise.

With this in mind, I am going with 76p. We could have 250m shares by the end of next year depending on how much equity we raise. I really hope John/Mark will do a good job in a bigger debt/gold loan compared to equity. We've seen some recent fundraising at various % equity to debt split. Once the BFS is out the way, banks may be willing to give us a bigger debt %, knowing that we can pay back the debt really quickly.

Really 'fun' video to watch about the market this year and what will happen next year. Definitely worth a watch.

The frustrating thing about rio2 is that their shareprice didn't respond once the fundraising was announced. Maybe it's because they aren't 100% derisked as they are still awaiting certain permits or maybe it's just the market this year. If a toll can't be agreed, I just hope for minimal equity dilution. Come on Mark/John, get a good amount of debt and gold loans.

Good video from rio2. They are probably 6 months ahead of us, but their process is slightly different. They are still awaiting certain permits compared to us.

Rio2 have recently successfully got funding for the construction of their processing plant that has an upfront capex of $125-135m. They did a split of equity, gold stream and debt. The equity portion was only 20% of the upfront capex, which is only $20m. They are looking to produce 100,000oz per annum.
