We had basically the same announcements in december last year, pushing revenue from 2021 in to 2022, now we get the same revenue moved to 2023.

A quote from RNS in December 2021 : "The Company expects to recognise revenues from these fees in 2022 and remains confident of both projects' reaching financial close in the same period."

We are now "Confident" on Deeside in 2023, but nothing on Billingham ...

We also had a year ago : "the Company continues to expect revenues in 2021 from technology sales to several entities and projects, including Agrigas of Larissa, Greece ("Agrigas"), the EQTEC Italia Market Development Centre ("MDC") in Gallina, Toscana, Italy ("Italia MDC"), the Belišce, Croatia MDC ("Croatia MDC"), the Karlovac, Croatia project ("Karlovac") and the Livadia, Greece project ("Livadia 1"), as well as from development services fees to the Croatia MDC, Karlovac, and Livadia 1."

How many of these pipelines have actually generated any revenue on 2022 ?

The only thing DP seems to be able to sell is a good line in bull !

He has previously argued that their remuneration had been compared to similar sized companies and it was aligned broadly

That however was when EQT was a £250M+ mcap company !

How long before we hear that Billingham has gone the same way as Deeside?

We should have heard about the agreement to lease rather than purchase the land on 25th November but nothing was released, Will DP skulk in hiding until the end of the month then tell use his negotiating skills have failed again?

DP and the other two amigos must be looking over their shoulders, unfortunately DP is Altair's lacky so is realistically protected from this type of move based on their holding.

Wood have never as yet brought a penny into EQT, the “partnership” to date is one of customer (EQT) and supplier (Wood)

With Wood’s current financial position I wouldn’t be expecting them to be writing any big cheques in the near future.

When the idiot DP says early in 2023 what do we think that means June?

Unfortunately without some commercial traction, EQT is just floundering around as little more than a university proof of concept, Looks like the UK projects won't get us where we need to be, whether the MDCs will make much difference is debatable, for me this will need the new french site to come online at scale in order for investors to get that safe feeling that loosens their wallet strings

Looking forward to the three amigos fronting up to proactive and trying to spin this as a good thing !

Realistically no surprise though, leaving the update to the very last moment possible meant we all knew what was comming

Unfortunately DP’s dates now have no credibility whatsoever they have moved more often than a druggy on speed!

What did DP say the last placing was for, “Maintain momentum and accelerate growth”?

So now the estimated revenue has dropped from £30M to £10M and now £5M, the guy is a con artist!

Apologies I meant the definitive agreement, with respect to the long stop date it is as you say 23rd Feb 2023, I lost track of what that date is since it has now been put back 4 times and 2.5 years!

So looks like “entered into as soon as reasonably practicable “ will turn out to be “As late as possible” for any Deeside agreement to get signed, with only two days left to the current long stop date can DP pull a rabbit out of the hat or will we get the inevitable bad news we have seen over and over again with the Uk projects?

The point being that DP chasing rainbows rather than delivering on original intentions has resulted in EQT’s reputation plummeting and the market position is a reflection of that.

All the changes in direction also costs cash we don’t have.

You can use any figure you want, if we aren't producing any the price is immaterial.

The issue is that DP and the gang seem to take so long to actually do anything the market has moved on before they close anything out.

The next thing we know is DP will release an RNS stating they are pivoting away from Hydrogen in favor or dilithium crystals and he has "partnered" with the Star trek federation in order to power warp engines!.

Someone must have asked where the £34M cash DP has extracted from investors/loans has been spent, no one has an idea where it’s gone, the MCAP is now less than the amount they have spent since DP was appointed, and exactly what do we have to show for it?
