You have no idea what experience of running a company I have.

My views/opinion of DP is based on observation.

I was berated for suggesting the seller was Altair, and look how that turned out,

I was berated for suggesting the Riverport finance was a disguised CLN, and we discover that as soon as they can’t convert we need an additional funding stream.

Let’s see what happens with the Altair payments at then end of this quarter!!

I wouldn't bank on that, with the DP/Altair relationship the lower the level the more shares Altair will end up with when everything is settled.

If they were not going to convert at these levels, Altair wouldn't have had to offload so many shares in one go in order to bring their holding down.

Knowing DP he would have grabbed the full £2M in december so there is an interest payment alone of £40K due at the end of this quarter, there was no other details supplied as to the repayment schedule once the funds were drawn. But it wouldn't surprise me if we get an announcement before the end of the quarter that the whole loan amount, interest and arrangement fees have been converted and Altair have picked up around 770M shares for their trouble (with the 666M warrants as a sweetener if the SP does actually recover from their shenanigans.

What EQT should have done when they announced in December that they had been unable to agree terms with the investor for Deeside was basically scrap the long stop date, as it was clear it no longer represented any realistic target or milestone, we wouldn’t have had to have another bad news day.

But then again that wouldn’t have allowed Altair to offload in the last three months while still dangling the “Deeside carrot” to other investors!

Blimey @Aandi, just once allow yourself to be at least disappointed with the idiot, his actions with Altair show its clear the sun doesn’t shine out of his ****, however much you think it does.

There is only one person that DP is interested in and that’s DP.

The guy brings nothing to the party, he was supposed to be the financing expert, and all EQT issues are associated with surprise surprise financing!

He is very good at extracting a salary, warrants and incentive equity for himself and his mates though

It's called shorting your own company!, no wonder DP stated that it was going to be a difficult time for shareholders, he has driven it !

So the penny eventually drops! , £2m +8% conversion plus 666m warrants on top of their original 18% holding would surely have taken them over the 20% threshold whilst we are languishing at sub £30m mcap.

The issue for me is not what they have done, loan with conversion is pretty standard, it’s the way DP/Altair has carried out the process, forcing the price down before capitalising on the action.

.. and once the Altair loan is converted and warrant issued and they sit at around their original holding with extra cash is the bank, I suspect the rest of my interpretation will be proven

It is simply my interpretation of events, but whilst others on here have insisted Altair haven’t sold a share for months, it now turns out that my interpretation of what was happening appears to be holding at least a modicum of truth.

Let’s also remember that all the shenanigans with Altair, the loan, the interest, the arrangement fee, the warrants, the sell off, the inevitable conversion, all comes down to the fact that the idiot CEO and the CFO that can’t count tried to be clever with the Riverport loan terms and got burned by the shareprice dropping so Riverport said no to conversion so they had the scramble around for finance when realistically another placing would see the end of the BoD.

One good thing about Altair reducing their holding is that the protection they have offered DP is diminished

This ain’t going bust, this is just DP feathering his own nest, driving down the conversion level of the Altair loan so they are better off.

The two RNS today for me are simply confirmation of what I knew/suspected.

The bigger issue is why have we not heard about the MDC, we have had to rely on the MNRG for positive updates, whilst EQT bombard us with bad news.

Will DP wait for the Altair loan conversion before releasing any good news, based on the recent playbook probably

DP has no interest in the shareprice at present, and in fact now Altair have completed their offload it’s in his/their interest for the shareprice to drop below the .25p threshold it looks like they were selling at, so once the £2M loan is finally settled they will end up with considerably more shares than they started with, (plus obviously their cash and warrants)

The guy needs to go, his relationship with Altair is toxic for the rest of the EQT shareholders

Will the three amigos show their faces this week, unlikely I’d say, and definitely not interact with shareholders

And as fare as Deeside is concerned, everyone knew that it had made no progress.

DP the idiot, again waits until he is forced to release news, just to ensure it has the maximum negative impact
