Clearly the warrant wan kers were poised for the latest round of good news in order to take their next pound of flesh.

Today’s announcement was basically already known about, just confirming numbers that people had already estimated.

Mike’s interview was something in nothing once again.

Only financing news will be enough to turn around the Shareprice once and for all, and Mike basically said very little regarding that.

We all now know how much graphite is in the ground at Orom-Cross, we simply need to know how we are going to pay to get it out.

For me now it looks like a sale pre-financing could be the best outcome for current shareholders.

Has there ever been a company where whenever they post good news the Shareprice takes a tumble. Every single bit of positive news released by BRES over the last two years or so has been greeted by a Shareprice drop.

This has to be a direct result of the confetti warrant holders just waiting to sell into news

Any news to halt the constant drift would be appreciated, I do think it needs a funding update, or at a minimum some news on new offtakes.

Mike does seem to have lost a handle on timelines at present and needs to get us back on track as soon as possible.

It wasn’t me who blamed the 40% drop on a market correction, a correction that hasn’t been seen by any of the wider market

No one is seeing a 40% correction in the markets”, SandP is close to all time high, FTSE 100 is still over 10000.

That news flow has been at best wishy washy, the number of synonyms that they have used for shortly, soon, imminent, in due course is pretty impressive in itself.

The lack of material update on the financing and the ludicrous delays around the assay results has seen the SP drop by 40% during the "strong newsflow" period, no one not even Sasha can ignore that fact.

I have had nothing but patience with BRES, I have been invested since April 2021, the only issue I have is recently Mikes timelines he has set out have not been very accurate.

The company needs to try and maintain some momentum, these long periods of “non-news” just results in SP pull back so we continue to languish around the £40M MCAP, Drill results reporting has been shambolic, the dismal delays have taken all the impact away from those, finance slipping without any type of progress update hasn’t helped and the lack of the mentioned “household names’ offtakes, all adds up to bearish investors, coupled with the down pressure of the cheap warrants now sees us 40% off were we were, when the rest of the market has seen little impact.

If you wanted no news, you are getting exactly that, the last month or so posts from the company on X have basically been then same thing regurgitated

The FTSE all share index as dropped by just 5% since the Iran conflict started, BRES has dropped by 35%

Whilst the war has added to investor nervousness it’s not the macro factors that have had the main impact of the BRES Shareprice IMO

Confetti warrants issued by Mike just weeks after he said it wasn’t a good idea to do so have haunted us ever since, they just add increased downwards pressure on top of any macro factors that are depressing the market.

BRES seems to have lost all momentum, their investor relations has fallen apart, news flow has all but dried up and the Shareprice is reflecting these factors.

We have now dropped 35% since February as a result of financing slipping out of Q1, frustrating that Mike thought that this slip didn’t warrant any update and thought shareholders would be happy with just an updated line in a presentation where the slightest update on progress could have stemmed shareholder concerns over the progress.

Not sure why you would classify that as a quarters delay.

You need to remember that this drill programme, and the scale it was undertaken was deemed so important by the BoD that they had to do two cash raises and give away millions of confetti warrants to pay for it.

When in reality it looks like a much smalller infill drill programme would have enabled the DFS to be completed earlier and without saddling the company with this calamity of a warrant situation.

Feel free to wind your own neck in you absolute knob, if you don’t won’t to discuss the issues with what’s going on with a company you are invested in then just don’t visit these forums.

Sure a hell they should have had a contract with the labs that delivered on an agreed timeframe, not a bunch of amateurs that reportedly got “distracted”

Unfortunately no one knows any more what “expected soon” means could be tomorrow could be months, the reporting of these drill results has been shambolic

Or could be because the orange one is likely to start waving his ego around again if he doesnt get what he wants, but seeing as the market has taken less than 1% hit and BRES is -7% that being the sole reason in unlikely.

My choice is more warrant Wan kers milking it for what they can, and Mike has to put his hands up to being responsible for that, perhaps thats why he's staying uncommonly quiet for the last couple of months.

Just have to ride it out, until they get their act together.

Whilst the Orom-Cross project continues to sell itself as being outstanding, Mike and Co seem to be having problems convincing investors to hold onto theirs shares.

Delays with news and slipping financing seems to be having a big negative impact on the market sentiment

What happened to the “household names” we were told were interested in offtakes?

Unfortunately it looks like only funding news will see off these warrant wan ker traders

They haven’t really been very good on selling themselves to the market, let’s hope they are better at selling themselves to financiers!

Yes and they have jumped 10% which means they have added £20M+ to their MCAP, which is basically half of BRES current MCAP, remember we actually dropped by 12% when we released our DFS.

This just shows how disconnected the market is with BRES’s value, I can’t fathom it myself, but sooner or later the true value has to be realised, doesn’t it?
