One of the highest loading ever recorded, this high percentage means that a higher proportion of Orom-Cross graphite can be used in battery anodes, where normally you would expect the majority to be synthetic graphite (most of which is controlled by China).this again adds weight to the business case for Orom-cross for any country that is looking to reduce the reliance on China for graphite, this is pretty major news.

Well last day of the month tomorrow, will Dumbo and Co lower themselves to give shareholders an update on Italy or the delay at North Fork?

PHE is where EQT were 3 years ago and have to deal with all the same issues that have scuppered progress here, all be it with a CEO that seems to understand the importance of cost control, but there isn’t likely to be any difference in the likelihood of investment appearing for plants running on the PHE technology than the EQT tech. Palumbo has not only squandered millions of pounds he has also squandered years of technology lead but that doesn’t mean PHE will fair any better.

North Fork being pushed out again just shows how rubbish EQT , Phoenix et el are at delivering anything they have committed to, no wonder Palumbo is hiding in shame, nothing he has said turns out to be true so he’s taken to keeping his smirking gob shut.

All I want to here from him is his resignation, let Mindflair have the buffoon full time, good riddance!

Dumbo is too busy drumming up suckers to invest in his latest scam Mindflair to be worried about EQT anymore.

We will get an update on or just before 28th February when Altair and Pitcole's lock in period for their conversion shares ends.

Only good thing is Dumbo has to get a shareholder vote in order to issue any of the pre-approved equity, because the SP is lower than the nominal value. He will look to do that when Altair and Pitcole are comfortable with their positions and hope to gift them enough equity in order to delist the company.

If shareholders vote for a further consolidation, change of nominal value and issue of more equity they are voting to delist. They should not believe a word Dumbo Palumbo says.

every year we hear how much california needs the eqt plants urgently, every year we get more delays and failures.

italy is an absolute joke off a situation, the lack of news shows dumbo’s contempt for shareholders, we will only get news when dumbo’s mates need to offload some of their discounted bounty!

The two companies can be seen to be very similar and at different stages along the delivery timescale.

The difference being EQT has Dumbo Palumbo, Dilution Dave in charge and has turned it into a leper investment for shareholders.

While Dumbo is still here there is no quick recovery for EQT, he has lost all trust from possible investors.

Breakdowns and delays may have contributed a bit to the position EQT finds itself in, but the overwhelming cause is the lack of confidence in Dumbo from investors, he has shafted us over and over again. Dumbo out would see the Shareprice quadruple overnight!

Well as JVL famously stated two years ago..

These warrants are related to the RNS released in July 2023, at that time the shareprice was just over 5p, so this isn't really a show of confidence today but rather a longer demonstration of confidence from the board. It has taken this long for the board to be allowed to exercise the warrants, the debacle with SI and the prospectus delay has meant that they were prevented from taking these warrants that they had unconditionally committed to until now.

What this does now clearly show that the financing is now sorted for the short/medium term at least enough to get the next DFS complete, good news from my point of view.

This figure is incorrect, LSE have not updated their figures since the last raise, there are now 434,77M shares issued not the 257.61M listed so the actual mcap is currently sat at about £2.49M
