Crap results as expected but better than Shells.....

Every stock being hit at the moment but I fear for VOD not so much with results but the Pound versus the Dollar the way we are dropping we could well be in the low140s come mid next week...

Sad to see but all oil companies are being hit....and very hard, the results from Shell were poor and I doubt BP will be any better, however over at Shell the CEO says the dividend is safe but share buy backs will depend on the Macro environment, electric cars and battery storage will nip away at our ankles but the black stuff will still be about long after I am gone....Coronavirus doing us no favours but I suspect the SP on BP and Shell will recover over time but I am not sure we are at the bottom yet....

even with the markets the way they are I still believe Stob is undervalued and has a lot more legs in it yet....it will take time but with Tinkler now out of the picture we will move North given time....

If we do have a buyer I think $100 -$125M is closer to the mark but if we get a bidding war who knows??????

Has anyone got any idea how Zen are doing with the Bond situation???

Cant say that I am not disappointed with the SP reaction today, that RNS was fantastic in my eyes.....but that may be the problem "Their my eyes"

I have held here for quite some time now and these results are fantastic....no doubt about that...however there is going to be a lot of selling this morning "sell on the news" after the rises we have had over the last few days, and I would not be surprised if we open "DOWN" madness I know...but so are the markets sometimes. We must remember the Gold is still in the ground....and the market will only price X for minerals in the ground.....lets hope I am wrong and we fly at the open but dont be too disappointed if we dont....this will rise massively over time....

Smart thinking and it is a possibility ..... all part of the risk....

These are smart people and institutions that are investing....they don't just through money at a clever salesman....?

I am going to wait for the AZER update (if we ever get one) and make a decision to stay or go from there I think....this could be an expensive lesson for me, however I can't help asking myself why are people throwing money at AC and why does he have so much skin in the game...????

AC must know that when he does a placing it hurts our SP even if its a private one in Norway...I see some of those shares are going to hit the UK market anyway....Come on AC start acting like the man in charge....give us the AZER update, and stop treating your Share Holders as KIDS.....

Not sure what AC is up to trying to get a 25M bond away and raising 1M private placing in Norway.....? well it seems people want to keep giving him money....lets hope they know something.....update on AZER????? FFS
