Well I didn't see a drop like this coming going into ex-divi......however pretty certain it will recover soon...

I think the mention of 150M EBITDA prompted the rise......

But believe me as sure as night turns to day there will be a placing......

TBH ive been in VOG for years an im fortunate not to have that many shares now but I said inevitable placing not inevitable drop in any case im past the point of caring as far as im concerned FOO is a thief....and I suppose like a few on here am hoping for some sort of divine intervention ie miracle oh.....and it also keeps me entertained.....

£50M ??????? I would take anything Foo says with a pinch of salt if WestMed was worth £50M it would be long sold.....

Im sorry....but if you think we can get £250M for GDC then I really like your optimism thats about over 6 times our M/C the average buy out/take over is around plus 30% that would be circa £52M and an SP circa 38p...

One thing is for certain we will get another placing and fairly soon, thats if we can find anyone to buy and it would have to be at a substantial discount to get it away after the last debacle .....I think the last placing raised $23.5M can you imagine the dilution to get that now??????

Im afraid the way I see it is that our only saviour now is for someone to be us........our infrastructure must have a value unfortunately even if we found a buyer what would they offer? probably peanuts 32p-35p????

My biggest fear is that we do not live up to the $150M EBITDA that FM mentioned, although its not a major concern of mine it is in the back of my mind....Im sure we will have the financial update very soon perhaps even next week and I think it is this that will move the SP North actually seeing our earnings in black and white to me is the most important news to be released although I know we have a lot more than that to come.

I believe that they are UK based divis.... well thats how im declaring them however most of mine were in an ISA I would also like to know for certain if we have any Tax savy posters out there.

It will definitely come off the SP but we still have a few days before Ex-Divi so I expect it to hit circa £7.35 - £7.50 I then expect it to drop by the divi and be in a sideways lull for a few weeks then come end of July beginning of August I see a full on assault to £8.00 and above.....That as long as we get no interference from Tango Man across the pond.....its still a very strong buy.....
