Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
The trauma of 4D, is more than matched by the ramping Porky9 did with NCYT as well. That didn't end well for anyone.
Just tried to buy more on the dip, had to place order. manipulated price action today, but looking much longer term.
@rhubarbmk2 Great appraisal, appreciated and looking forward to a successful 2023!
Magmanus_49 filtered! So much more space on the page now for non-speculative, ramping investors.
Just 31,500 for me. Sorry for others with more.
Very strange, NCYT shares just showed as 850p in my Halifax Shares account. Hit 'Sell' but back to 170p, oh, well, just for a minute I thought....
Tried a dummy buy and sell. 1.71 to sell and 2.07 to buy.
P100 - It certainly seems that way. Was invested in GDR many months ago, thankfully just broke even. No clue why it's an attractive proposition over NCYT.
Is this morning's dip due to Vatel selling some of their 1,107,255 shares? Wouldn't blame them as they acquired them for Euro70's per share in June 2020. Hopefully will recover once sell over.
Has been happening for a few weeks now. Seems a few chunky buys accelerate the SP upwards, then the drip feed of auto 830 sells manage the SP back down? I'm sure others on here, will know better than me.
@B2HS2L Yep, 30-years in asset finance, although, not specifically ID, nor with Bibby, although their MD was my boss a very, very long time ago. Have been trying to exit the 'thrilling' world of finance for ages, but unfortunately realised It's all I know!
Bibby provide working capital, primarily by way of Invoice Discounting (ID) or Factoring, subtle differences, but essentially paying NCYT up front for invoices raised for supply of goods. I posted back in 2020 when one of the other Bibby charges was settled. The term Mortgage should not be confused with it's simplest sense, it's a generic term for a legal charge over property and assets, and in this case the original security deed (dated 9th Nov 2020) details it is a Floating (not a Fixed) charge over all NCYT's assets (a 'normal' mortgage would typically be fixed charge as the debt is over a defined asset and loan period). A Floating charge is usual, when an ID provider comes in to provide a variable level (consider it an overdraft facility) against book debts. Bibby would advance c. 70% of invoiced debt, the interest rate of 5% above Barclays Base is also typical for an ID facility and is only paid upon outstanding invoices. As to the comments regarding it being 'expensive' it's not, it's just the debt is variable, so if no invoices outstanding, then no interest is due, etc.
There were 4 charges in total, the first two taken out 24th July 2019 and both settled 14th November 2019. The fourth one taken out 5th Nov 2019 and settled 18th June 2020 (not Bibby but Herbert European - maybe the ID for NCYT SA?). The third charge is the one just settled. At the time I did ponder as to whether Bibby were caught up in funding the DHSC invoices, as ID is usually bought in to retain cash flow when a large debt/debtor is envisaged, as it 'smooths' working capital. I have no idea if Bibby were involved with the DHSC invoices, but can inagine they were at some point as otherwise why bother with the facility in the first place? My point in 2020, was that Bibby and NCYT would have been caught up in the invoicing and withholding of invoices to the DHSC. As to why the charge has now been 'released' the only definite is that NCYT no longer have or require cash flow via an ID facilty and all assets are now unencumbered.

Couldn't agree more #Debs62. Double whammy of shorter and sensible threads now the extremists and those with serious mental health issues (was getting like ADVFN) have been filtered. Next stage is LTH's stop replying to them and we'll be back to a proper investor board.
Beside 'Regular Share Chat' and 'Premium Share Chat' at the top of the board threads - 'Filters'. I've found it works very well :)
Wish I knew more about those multiple Auto 830 buys each day for the last few weeks. Do the MM's build up stock and then sell in a larger block to peg the price back, or hold to build the price up?
Often thought the same Sp28 and ValJu. Can't help thinking many will have been bullied at school. It's been noticeable we've had a few new and vacuous contributors recently; they must bore themselves reading their own drivel. Best to switch off and let the company fundamentals speak for themselves long-term (could do with being a little more near term after 8-months, if I'm honest)
Nearly all trades marked as 'Sells' on LSE in the last half hour of trading, well above the Bid and some above above the Ask Price. Major manipulation.
Re-confirmation just posted on LinkedIn by Novacyt, that all their primary Assays will detect the Omicron variant:
