Drilling programme is expected to kick off as scheduled at end of March with four new gas wells in the Las Bases and Estancia Vieja fields, Rio Negro Province, all due to come on stream by end May. The first well is targeting 353 boepd and take approx 21 days . All four wells will give us an additional 1000 boepd production to sell over the Argentine winter.

If we now look at PPC , self funded , plenty of scope for increase production ( we will get there ) high impact drill Paraguay. And now PL is getting a taste for Green energy , we just might be on to something . This could be a punt will very little down side but plenty of upside, i like the odds and they do now have some backing Trafigura. Most green plays have no/little income with this small a MC.

DRichi couldn't buy 10 million shares without this moving considerably higher.

I'm waiting for the "incubation " . 7 drills this year, high impact farm in, hydrogen ( green energy ) reduced margins. Could be a block buster IMO.

RogueRiver I agree truly pathetic that we are back down here . My consolation is we are now moving into a growth period and who wouldn't want to be here when we land the Paraguay farm out news. Four drill's next month will bring punters back in .

I personally think we deserve 2.2p + at this stage, yes we are probably 4 months behind where i thought we would be but that's not a problem. Look's like Paraguay is in the bag and we have the four Gas drills to look forward to next month which will be producing over the winter months ( winter prices of US$3.60 per MMBtu ). Also the treatment plant will be giving us a better profit margin come June and then we move on to the OIL drills at the Dos Puntitas field. Plenty to keep people interested and now with our Green credentials this is defiantly a more interesting company to be involved with. Paraguay must be worth at least 1.5p on the SP just on news of the farm in.

Yes for all old and new investors well worth a look , PPC is now much more than just a one trick pony and we defiantly have a diverse portfolio. ATOME Formed as a UK intermediate holding company with focus on developing hydrogen and ammonia production.

AParky Funny but i do agree with you somewhat. What i was referring to was PL saying he would like to keep a stock of well's as apposed to draining the existing producers, that way they could have a steadier production level and also take advantage of higher prices ( winter /summer ). Nothing priced in for Paraguay and this does feel more than a 50/50 chance now.

But why keep the taps fully on through the summer months when you could potentially get a third more profit during the winter months.

fiveeights Think PL has made reference to taking advantage to higher prices , ie pump more gas through the Argentine winter for bigger profits hence the reference to the price range of gas sold. Paraguay is the new show on Broadway IMO.

Looks like we have Paraguay in the bag folks and another mention of Alternative Energy and Hydrogen. Think they will open the taps come May to take advantage of higher Gas prices. Plenty to look forward to this year.
