It's the investors who have taken all the risk over the last ten years. The potential buyer will have access to all the data acquired over that time for free.

This would not be a war of boot's on the ground from NATO , it would be high tech drones , air to air missiles air to ground missiles , radar jamming . complete tank destruction within hours with hell fire missiles . It would not be a war as seen on films, it would turn into Guerrilla warfare as mass movement of troops would only encourage the use of drones . In short it would be carnage for any movement of troops.

I would say more a drip feed of news.

And still we wait for production numbers, but it seems we are closer . Still no news on Louisiana which is disappointing.
