Today is a clear case of mms daylight robbery of shareholders. On an excellent rns derailing positive progress and pointing to more anticipated positive news by next week, the mms open the sp at -0.050/-17%, only to bring it up to - 0.010/-3.3% after just 10 mns. Why such a huge change of -0.040/14%? I chalkenge any deramper to justify a drop instead of just ncrease in the sp.

Clearly the mns are very short of stocks and the unwarranted open drop of 17% was to accumulate stock by hitting stop loss. Their sending their derampers such as LP etc...is the cover for the drop- mms do employ people to post here to create a market.

mms are crooks. They are supposed to make from the spread only, yet they manipulate the sp for their benefit by inducing losses to shareholders. Yet the FCA do F-all, since staffed by the revolving door people.

Yes very straightforward. Just call HL and give them your instructions. You can also message them through the messaging function on your account, but I would call to make sure, as I did. Ask them to confirm it which they will do by messaging you. If you don’t get a message few minutes later saying they have received your instructions and that they will action them, call them again to double. Also ask them to notify once they had voted on your behalf. GL

I see the recrutement of Obi as a strategic move on the part of Rms. he is African and with his credentials he would have a wider contact in most Africa- I know that part of the world very well and this is how business work over there, may be not that much different from our government dishing out multimillion inc useless contracts to their mates, as exposed by the media.

I have no doubt TB sold so quickly spurred by the new BoD. They wouldn’t want to have him sell after the shares rises higher, for this would show continuation of TB unethical in not illegal conduct which would defy the purpose of him pushed out and a new BoD at the helm. And I believe he would have had no objection or else the new BoD would take legal actions for his past misconduct. After he appears to have accepted implicit guilt otherwise he would have asked for compensation for unlawful sacking he thought he had the smallest- we know he loves money to the extent he cheats the shareholders that pays his salary.

Another positive, by selling he appears to have accepted the warrants have no chance of passing approval, otherwise why diminish of his votes.

Clearly the new BoD want to and have a lots of positives news to rns to release and so would like to see TB final days with RMS dealt with quickly and smoothly, so they get on with the job.

Let’s clear the deck or desks of the old bod, and start with a clean sheets of positive rns from now with the anticipated pipeline of news, to show the new bod is aligned with shareholders interests. Excellent news not only because the scum TB is out, but also lack of mention of the machine having been delivered is left out for now to rns ANOTHER POSITIVE NEWS to show from now the BoD has listened and are now truly aligned with shareholders’ interests. Why cram positive contents into one rns when the previous BoB was issuing several unnecessary negative?. So let’s do the opposite now we are a new board to please and placate our shareholders. So I expect machine delivery rns either later today or Monday- they have a habit of issuing rns intra day.

Rns of machine delivery may also have been held out to add other details such sales forecast, orders enquiries so far. I bet they have had a lot enquiries while waiting for the machine all these 2 past months; I don’t Alex with his 25 years business experience would have been sitting on his hand, particularly now he is p2f director.

Here is hope for the much awaited excellent development from today lasting months to come hopefully.

Sanibel, sorry I got the rns date wrong it’s 29 December not 5th January......but it doesn’t change the point I made. They did promise to update “delivery in Nottingham”, to quote from the rns below:

“The earliest the machine is now likely to be loaded is 4th January 2021. Further updates, including in relation to the expected date for delivery in Nottingham, will be advised in due course.”

If you look at the timing of the rns and the twit of lorry arriving, it was about the same time, both over 2 hours. Considering the problems at Calais/Dover borders last week, rms would have been notified once the crossing made it ie at least 3/4 hours before the rns (time from Dover to Nottingham) . Therefore RMS knew well before they issued the rns the lorry was on its way from Dover this time. So why they issued a clearly misleading rns when they should have issued rns to confirm arrival of the machine instead, which they had promised to do in their rns of Monday about the lorry leaving Spain. It smacks of desperation of Trevor Brown-‘Stuff’ last dig, or rather hara-kiri, at Dr Cave and Alex for getting rid of him as executive director.

I really feel we should all individually swamp their email with complaints with copies to Dr Cave, Alex, Jonathan, not to forget TB, PR, Richardson with insults they deserve. They really are treating us more s**t they are.

Surely their mates and families haven’t finished buying. Oh yeah they don’t know why increase in the sp- didn’t they release an rns that machine left Spain on the 4th and so people buying anticipating arrival today or tomorrow at the latest?

To add to my post below, lemu in their JUST 2 HOURS AGO linkin vidéo stating “reinventing”, would suggest this the first 5ply machine ever manufactured at least by them and we know who would have been interested in such machines, the one who commissioned delivery of “the first” machine. Very exciting development hopefully.

Why would Lemu make a 5 ply machine if they had not had an order for it? And why would RMS , if it is ours of course, order one if the 5 ply mask hasn’t passed the breathability test? A lot of money invested for each company.
It also tallies with the delivery company yesterday stating “the first” machine, suggesting more to be delivered.

Is there any other company out there producing 5 ply mask? It will be interesting to find out.

I posted before the machine delivery delay was most likely engineered to allow Trevor Brown-‘stuff’ to buy back in once he has cashed his BRH dividends on 6th January ie tomorrow. Today rns saying the 8th being the arrival seems to confirm it. The lorry, which appeared to have left Spain in full daylight doesn’t need 4 days to get to Nottingham, but TB needs it.

I’d say beat him at his game and get in before he does. He will only increase the sp further up, not to mention further multiple positive rns now the machine is being delivered.

Him buying higher than at the price he has tried to engineer inc with the warrants etc.... is another karma strike. So make him buy the highest possible, lol. Incidentally the warrants are now naturally cancelled as the sp will be much higher than the 2p proposed. Here is to prosperous jan if not the whole year of 2021. Rms shareholders will be of the very few who will have a very good happy new year throughout, me think. GLA!!!

With Dr Cave now vindicated and Alex on the helm, you bet they will both insist that some £5 million raised should go towards purchase of more mask machines. Remember Dr Cave saying he wants to see the mask sold around the world...it’s unethical not to in this pandemic.
