RE: Impact of Warrants11 Feb 2021 19:14
@emilly1katie, I think the sp won’t drop to 2p even if the warrants passed. For the simple reason the warrants buyers would want to see evidence from the bod (yes big boys are privy to info we PIs aren’t) that the sp will be much higher than 2p, otherwise they won’t be interested, so a win win either way. And there is plenty news in the pipeline starting from next week hopefully, irrespective of what happens to the warrants tomorrow. Further the warrants have a life of only 3 months to be taken, which goes to show the bod were confident the sp would be much higher than 2p because of the anticipated newSSSS. If the warrants vote is passed, the mms might use that to bring the price down but certainly not to 2p the warrants price. Even then I’d would be just a blip and the sp will be taken up much higher within a day or 2. Since you were invested in Ncyt, if you recall because of the warrant the sp crashed to 55p from over £1, yet within 2 days it went up much higher than £1 if you recall if you were invested then, think February-March. As I said at the time, look further ahead and ignore the warrants issue or sp fluctuation and as it happened nyct went up from £1 to £12.50, lol. Remember why you invested in rms, some people on the bb have their own agenda calling for the sp to fall to 2p. All imo, dyor and good luck.

Impact of Warrants

I still don't understand why the warrants being passed will take us all the way back to 2p? I understand the impact of dilution, but why would it drag the whole SP back to circa 2p?
Anyone help me here please as I have 7m shares at an average of 3.2p.
Thanks in advance
