Apologies Numpty5 - I wasn't being rude - just not sure how much I can say on a public forum. I have known the Orange Trust / YD connection for c9 years and was delighted to learn that they have invested heavily in BMN and ATM. The lead guy is a very successful SA businessman based in JoBurg. The trust is managed from Guernsey (have a look at BMN's registered address). To the best of my knowledge there is nothing mysterious about their investment other than they are very close to FM and team and truly understand the potential of BMN. During my most recent discussions with the investment team they did not give me any indication that they plan to sell up soon. They where holding tight at 49p so my guess is that they truly believe this company has no where near realised its full potential and this share price will race past 49p if / when V prices increase to previous levels or the BE market takes off which I fully believe will happen.
Sorry I cannot go into more detail but I am very comfortable indeed with this connection investing in a company that is by far my biggest stock investment outside of my own businesses. Colt45
Apologies - I just checked my account and the first trade was a £20k round sum which got me 92,161 shares and it is showing!
I have not been drinking - honest! I will wait until the knocked in at least 2 against the Toffee's !
BUSHVELD MINERALS LTD ORD GBP0.01 92,161 n/a 06/12/19 £19,999.84 Executed
04/12/19 11:06 MJ5CPZ Buy / Market BMN BUSHVELD MINERALS LTD ORD GBP0.01 44,839 n/a 06/12/19 £9,819.74 Executed
That did baffle me a bit as I purchased my 100k block before the 44,839 block at 11.06. If the 11.08 purchase is yours then my 100k purchase is not showing yet. My 100k block should be timed at c11.04 or 11.05. Lets see when it appears. colt45
I managed to pick another 144,839 shares today shortly after 11am at 21.66p. I really never though that I would get the opportunity to buy more at that price. I want the share price to start moving north as much as anyone but happy to add to my holding as funds become available. I have deferred land sale payment coming at the end of March 2020. I will put every penny into Bushveld if I can get a price anyway near today's price. I know the track record / investment history of the Orange Trust / Yellow Dragon and they are in here big time. That's good enough for me. Colt45
My view is that the share price rise is just following the improvement in the company trading performance which has been excellent to say the least. You have to take into consideration the serious position that the company found itself in after HMRC signalled their intent to issue landfill tax assessments. The share price tanked and the then CEO paid the price. Jim Meredith is a very experienced waste guy who stepped into the CEO to take on the challenge of saving the business from failure. Both he and Fryer were given very good incentives to turn the business around for the benefit of all shareholders. They have done a sterling job and in my opinion deserve the rewards.
Do I think the share price will see a significant retreat - no. I really like this business with its sticky customer base and quality management team. Colt45
Hello RK
I do not post that often but I read every post and continue to hold a significant number of shares. Many many thanks to the very knowledgeable posters who post on a regular basis. I firmly believe that this company really is only at the beginning of its journey.
It all started for me when an email arrived in my in box asking me to review a legal document re a connected party to my business. Without going into too much detail, FM was copied in on the email which led to me starting my research. I didn't invest immediately for obvious reasons but my confidence grew over the following months and I finally took the leap.
Bushveld is my largest investment by a country mile and I am extremely comfortable with my investment. I will have more funds available over the coming 6 - 8 weeks and I will be delighted if I can manage to pick up more shares below 30p. I never for one moment thought I would get this opportunity.
I am planning a trip to Joburg early next year to meet up with one of my shareholders who is also a shareholder of Bushveld. I would like to if possible arrange a visit to the Bushveld sites subject to approval by FM. I plan to drop FM an email over the coming weeks to try and arrange the site visits and would like to know if anyone else would like to come along. I would like to keep the numbers to 5 / 6 so please let me know if interested. This is all subject to FM agreeing to having shareholders visit his sites but I do not see why he would object.
Let me know if interested.

Hello Kernowlad - The share price is moving to where it should be based on a multiple of current earnings that would be relevant to the sector. The public announcement re settlement of the HMRC liability will knock the share price back but not as much as originally feared as the information is already out there.
I would not be surprised at all if current plans are turned full circle and Augean goes on an acquisition trail. This plan is supported by key investors.
I have been doing some research on possible targets and how they could fit in with Augean. One possible target is a £50m turnover waste company based in Northern Ireland called River Ridge Recycling. Jim Meredith is the Chairman of River Ridge so he will know the business well. River Ridge is the largest independent waste company in Northern Ireland and processes c500k tonnes of mainly council waste per annum. They also have exclusive connections to an EFW plant in Belfast which is useful in this climate. This would be a very good bolt on to Augean in the short term as they build turnover.
Watch this space - we may see acquisition activity in the not too distant future. Colt45
The HMRC case could take up to 2 years to be resolved. Aug will be taken-over long before that but only with a clean balance sheet with no contingent liabilities.
That is indeed correct Alan80 but the interest charged by a bank will be less than HMRC. This is there only option to clear the way for a realistic valuation based on current earnings. Any potential buyers will need this resolved before they takeover the business. I do not think we will have too long to wait for point 2 to happen.
This is how I see this playing out over the coming months.
1) Good news today re the trading performance of Augean. Well received by the market and positive movement in the share price. That said, it takes very little volume to move the share price due to the share ownership structure.
2) Over the coming days / weeks I expect another RNS will be released re the HMRC assessments. I expect the company to clear the decks and agree to pay the assessments in full to avoid the accumulating interest. They will make it clear however that the legal battle will continue to prove that they have accounted for the tax correctly. The market will react by a decrease in the share price back down to c£1.00
3) Continuing positive trading and profit growth edging the share price back up to c£1.50 - £1.80.
4) Augean wins HMRC legal battle and tax refunded toi the company - major boost in share price.
5) Company will be taken over by a larger waste company eg Biffa or Panda at +£2.00. The takeover is coming but any buyer will want the worst case scenario re HMRC washed out hence point 2 above.
I plan to buy more share once the HMRC position has been clarified (hopefully on a significant dip on today's price) and wait for the takeover.

Hello All - I see the current share price as an excellent opportunity to top up if you have funds available or other stocks that you expect to stagnate over the coming months. I just helped myself to a further 182,182 after dumping the remainder om my BUR shares for a small profit (BUR is just too unpredictable unlike BMN in my opinion). Colt45
Hello Numpty5 - not sure we’re you got the 10m figure from unless a fat finger from me. I own just north of 1m but would love to be at your 6m figure. I do plan to add more but would not have the surplus funds to reach your total even at these prices.
Yes, I am very comfortable with my investment as I am sure you are. I do hope all goes to plan.
Regards
Colt.
