Hello all
In my opinion, Duferco has no intention of selling their shares at current prices. They could have taken cash and a rights issue across existing shareholders would have easily sorted this out. That would have probably been the boards preferred option but Duferco opted for shares. Only my opinion of course.
Still holding and no intention of selling any time soon.

Morning DBB - still holding strong with no plans to exit anytime soon. My average is 16.3p so just popped under water recently. Not too concerned tho as I am very confident in the way this business is progressing. Yes, some things could be done a lot better (as highlighted frequently on this forum) but the business in general is moving in the right direction re production etc.
The big unknown / risk with this company is the price of vanadium. We all know where it needs to be for the business to make a profit which is then used to fund expansion and eventually pay dividends. With so much government spending pumped into infrastructure projects around the world surely the only way is up over the short to medium term.
In relation to production costs for Q1, these have been distorted by the shutdown period. I expect the cost per tonne figure to drop back as production ramps up over the remaining 3 quarters.
In relation to the comment re me being a 'MM having some fun' - well, that did make me chuckle.
I do not post very often as I really do not have anything to add that is not already posted by few well educated folk on this form. You know who you are and very much appreciated by me.
You will note that I have not mentioned BE. This is pure blue sky for me and in my opinion contributes nothing to the current SP. That said, it is hard to see how V will not have some input to battery storage with so much momentum in that space.

Hello All
The transaction that I alluded to did complete as agreed but I now know that at least 50% of the funds came from another source so not sure if YD offloaded some shares to fund the other 50%. I will do some digging to see if I can get more info on the 8.5m sale. Colt45

Hello all
My latest 200k buy in two chunks - one is showing as a sell (178,523 @ 13:28) and the other unknown (21,477 @ 13.28)
I am not hearing any negative news on this company and believe this will take off when the good news streams starts to arrive.
Someone made a comment earlier re Foresight getting a fund signed off for battery storage.
This is really exciting news and makes total sense when strapped to a wind turbine; solar field; AD plants etc. In my experience these type of green energy generators operate anything between 60 - 80% on average with the downtime due to lack of wind / sun / maintenance. Imagine if you could get efficiencies up to close on 100% by releasing power to the grid from a battery during generation downtime.....

Totally agree KN. I managed to add an additional 733,430 share this morning at c20.8p. It took me 11 trades though. The max I could get in any one trade was 100k shares. I am very comfortable with this company.
ps - picked up another 250k ATM also. This company is only going one direction in my opinion.

Nothing negative whatsoever. Just many fingers in different pies and sometimes have to raise funds from some investments to fund other transactions. I am not saying that they will sell the c6m shares but will not be surprised if it happens. Colt 45
Thanks Mogwhy. If that is the case then surely VRFB development will have a massive disruptive impact on the V supply market. I know increased production is coming down the tracks but my guess is that the additional supply will be well behind the VRFB demand curve. Don't be surprised if our Chinese friends embark on a V mining acquisition trail to secure future supplies.
