For interest LTI. That ongoing figure has reduced by nearly 340,000, and the deployed number hasn't changed. We can safely assume another 340k has been withdrawn, hence their reporting change. So Ongoing is 7,142, 526 and Cancelled is around 7,570,000 - Not even a good try to deflect the obvious.

Interesting they show the Snails pace of deployment, and have removed the stats information on cancelled contract numbers. Why would that be I wonder, the cancelled figures were the fastest moving.
