This is simply further absolute evidence that something is not right. As confirmed last week with Thailand, and this with JVVNL, the monthly install numbers are pathetic. JVVNL contract was 430,000 units? First it gets stalled for 18 months, and now at this run rate, the total project will take over 11 years! Thailand called it fast, CC haven't called it at all.

Whatever way you bend it, the restructure is only serving the benefit of the 2 Directors. That's fine, its what CC have always done. What would have been a real incentive, for everyone else, if they claused it with a timeframe for them to get to that price, or be replaced by others that should be considered.

I don't think it's that one jake. He could string a sentence together and had some basic understanding on what CC does. This one is very different : )))

I have an idea what is behind this, and the recent SP retrace is a large part of it. Some of the text used was interesting, I saw similar recently elsewhere, then my Linkedin profile was visited by a very high staff individual at CC.

So, a decent investor, presumably that means one with plenty of cash, thinks about taking a position in CC but first comes on here to check what the chat is? They read some negativity, owing to years of BoD's failings, and cannot go ahead even though they will have researched themselves and seen a possible upturn? You are losing it sunshine. Neither AIM, general investing, or the internet are for you. Stick with Premium Bonds, you can apply by post and they are still sending paper cheques if you win ! : ))

Firstly, you know my position on this BoD, and working well doesn't match it. Also, who told you they are working from home?

IMO many would be happy if they get to exercise options. My overriding thought though is this is yet another example of a company being run essentially for the benefit of its board, and rewarding share options and salaries that the business simply cannot afford. It's understandable some are getting frustrated, last nights amusing little outburst confirms that at least. The BoD have no interest in shareholder sentiment, they are more than happy to reward endless failure just because they can.
