Now DYOR and look at France. It is huge with thousands of remote hamlets and villages. It is also mountainous in places and has every weather sphere you can think of. EDF covered it with Smarts and the Comms inside would be in house tech. Why you think they might knock on the door of an English company, that cannot function without state and shareholder handouts, is testament to you knowing nothing about this or any other business.
