The last name standing is Schneider. How bid opening works now is anyones guess.

3 million SM tender had been placed with pre bid submissions in June. This was extended to July and the 1st August. Bid submission is now 22nd August, with a technical bid opening on the same day. Contract start has been October all along, so this one, in theory, may be the first off the ground. Any CC involvement in this, at a volume level, will confirm if they have been barking up the right Trees.

Well, given he headed up CC India, and you might be invested, I think private staff matters don't come into it. All I want to know is why he jumps ship when CC are about to take the world. He's not the first either, and CC refuse to even acknowledge it has happened.

IMO. They move fairly often, using the same principles regardless, and always rely on the 'who you know' method. I haven't met one yet that can deliver. It kind of says it all when the likes of LTI congratulates Rajiv for his contribution, knowing absolutetly nothing about his impact on any aspect of the company. Climbers love the likes of LTI.

When Anil left, the company were on the cusp of greatness. It's taken much longer to be on that cusp again, and again the head man in India walks. Makes no sense. And if Ratna wasn't allowed to do all he seems to be able to do now, there is something seriously wrong with the mindset, or culture, in Indian set up. Tail wagging the Dog comes to mind.
