India has moved to a more fast-moving and assertive standards-based approach. CyanConnode is very well placed to see more orders in India this year including much larger commitments.

An MBO here is more than feasible as the value sinks. Surrounding the Board with staff of high end wealth and experience, and lose institutional investors as they would likely get in the way. The company is on the market, JC has made no secret of that, and without another interested party, CC gets taken out to save itself from administration. The Ducks are in a row, but I'm guessing they will be going for another couple of placings beforehand.
