Oh my days, that is not a forecast ! It's a well used line of drivel, that has been spouted for years, take a look back. Also, take a look at real companies that issue real forecasts, you will see night and day. CC do not know what they are doing, simples.

Not wishing to worry you, but have you ever seen a forecast from this company? You are talking like they are a real, solvent, trading co. They are not, they don't forecast, they have never forecast, it is nothing to do with the delay.
