Alan55 - PJ isn't a real person, we hired him in for the days when I was too busy to come on and annoy everyone. But you are right, we have to owner mistakes when we make them, but hey, this might not turn out to be a mistake. keep smiling.

Msuk - I hate to say these words, but "my wife is right." I say that I will text someone and she always says 'ring them, your words won't be misinterpretted then.' All social media brings out the worst in people, I watched this board for ages before joining, (many are wishing I had kept watching) I look on Facebook but don't use it because of how toxic it can be. I like GGP on a good day, the knowledge of some on there is amazing, on a bad day there are one or two people who clearly have issues that disrupt the board all day by behaving in a way that toddlers would find offensive, I even got told you can say what you like because it's free and anonymous. Thankfully, we have in my opinion kept a very high standard of debate with the odd laugh thrown in, even on a bad day this is a pretty good board. Long may it continue. I say long because I think we will be here a while yet. GLA

I just come on to maybe learn a bit from others, if they're wrong I still learn, and to have a laugh. Someone on here said a while back that talking about seafood and wine was wrong, I disagree, just because the main purpose of the board is to talk about SCGL I still think there is time to be sociable.

The thing is that I'm homing in rapidly on 69 years but I like to think I still have a sense of humour, I haven't got time to be miserable if I have no problems, I save miserable for the bad days. I just think you guys should both bend a little, soften the approach, I'm starting to realise life is too short. I do find your exchanges funny but better without the personal insults. If you were in the pub you would have a drink and the battles you didn't win you would agree to disagree. Yes, I have had differences with some here but I like to think I would drink with most. WInWin for me.

IFTL - I'm glad you've turned up, I was starting to think everyone had topped themselves. Having read that prediction, my first thought was that it was A.I. generated and my next thought was that it came from an expert, the same sort of expert that I mentioned to you the other day that was screaming about this stock from the rooftops not long ago. I have learnt in a very short period of time that those people don't look very deep for their info. I think if the news that the Captain referred to arrived tomorrow morning then that forecast would be wrong. I think if positive news came that a lot of people who aren't sleeping too well would be able to extract themselves from this situation, I personally am not sure if that news will come. We have to wait and see, I'm waiting forever, I have other things saving my neck at the moment. GLA

I don't want to be picky, but you also mentioned long term, I have to say that if anyone who has posted on here since I arrived early in the year was to tell me that their plan was to hold this long term then I would not believe them.

Captain - I totally agree with what you have said, but you forgot one very important detail. You said "if you don't plan on selling." But the important detail is that very few people can plan on selling, to have a plan you need a choice, ,although I don't know everyones situation it is clear that most are underwater so can't plan.

I'm not looking for tips here, I ask purely out of interest. Does anyone know of any A.I. related stock that has performed solidly having grown from this kind of level rather than just been pumped for quick profit?
