Sidara has confirmed that it has made significant progress with its due diligence on Wood, including in relation to its review of the points raised in the independent review commissioned by Wood.

35p was Sidara holistic offer at this point. It's highly unlikely to be materially different imo.

Also unlikely they walk away after an extensive pursuit.

Also told us likely will need extension although I'm surprised not to have a 7am one. So thinking maybe offer lands today and waived conditions even possible.
