Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
They can do it because they are insider trading. They know when the next update will come.
The question is who is informing, are Directors involved, who needs to be informed to take action, etc.
They started shorting from May. Guaranteed the fud in RNS's are planned and put out and SP is designed to crash ready for a cheap takeover.
They would have stolen it for free off the back of a Bond covenant breach but for Hirric Energy court case going against the corrupt Directors.
Everyone needs to stand up and stop being little bytches bullied and stolen off by corporate thieves. Small teams like Shaml and Bebeto deployed to create fear and anxiety and loosen shares and bring it down so they can hoover up under 2p.
The tax losses and assets are worth 100s of millions. They want these ready for the big push in North Sea that is coming under the gov for energy security.
They want to be well placed ready for the huge investment that will be unlocked to drill huge new wells.
IOG has everything in place. They just need to steal it for as cheap as possible.
I'm waiting for a buyout offer. Or they crash it and debt for equity complete wipe-out. Soon as they do that I'll take them to court and hopefully others will join.
If a buyout comes I'll take my money and walk away and consider it a lesson learnt in trust.
What won't happen is a complete scam and 0 consequences for them.
Beb, down to 0
Dont quit now. Take the beyotch down.
I want to see it implode. Had enough of your non-holder sh!!t.
Explain your purpose here
What I'm hearing sounds a bit on the low side Beb
Where's the £20m cash going to
If they're paying off the Bonds and taking IOG private. Gonna need to up it a bit tbh
SP was there just 4 5 weeks ago.
8-10p would do it. Not being greedy but most probably wouldn't complain
Please share anything more you know
Simple info we would like to know is
Is the company in a closed period
Because as far as we can tell it shouldn't be. Half yearly report out
Bonds extended.
No Director buys or anything happening except holidays and big monthly salaries from the cash rolling in from the gas sales
Info@iog.co.uk
When was the last time you contacted the company, the directors whom you pay £ millions per year to
To ask a question
Why aren't they buying shares, why are they intentionally destroying the share price and retail portfolios etc
Why they lied about Southwark to crash the SP (oops not supposed to say too much about that)
Etc etc
It's your company. Our company.
But you're treated as a day trader by your employees. They don't give a sh!! t about you and will steal it away unless you pull your finger out and demand more.
Don't just cry in the mirror that you lost everything.
How to steal a £250m company (including tax losses) for £120m
IOG -
The End
Watch and learn how it's done. How to over promise, under deliver, crash the SP with each RNS, then swoop in and take it for cheap. And look like Robin Hood for saving the day.
Prison awaits. But if you avoid prison then be careful. The world is a Very Dangerous place for a dodgy Director.
If HUR energy hadn't set a precedent, they would have tried to take it with a complete wipe-out by missing the Bond covenants. But that's risky as Court could go against.
So likely to be a low offer recommended by Directors to be accepted due to the financial position of the company.
It's not like you Beb to take so long to respond.
Come on, how do you know, who tells you?
Don't say Team Leader told you off for talking too much?
Anyway, can you find out how much the bid is likely to be here. And when we can expect to receive it?
And what happens with the £20m cash we have?
Is Perenco involved in the bid or is it one of the others making big profits now in SNS?
10p a share all in would be OK. I know you're holding it down here to set low expectations. 2p to 5p might seem acceptable.
But it was nearly 7p just 8 weeks ago in June.
The RNS's designed to crash the SP have worked. But your low bid needs to be balanced if you want the tax losses worth 290 million pounds and the infrastructure worth 150 million pounds.
I know you'll get Southwark pumping after you've taken it over because the gas is there and you released fud numbers and testing results to the market. But I won't tell anyone or show the consultant report I paid for if you be nice and share your inside information with us.
Down down down down down down down
Lol
Feck it, let's go to 0.
Do it. Low low low low low low low
Thanks Beb.
And that's exactly what is interesting to me.
How your team know there is no news for a month?
How do you know that there will be no 33rd round licensing update. Or news on financing, considering the rest of the market was told that the Board are looking to find a solution in the interests of ALL stakeholders. How do you know that's not coming on Monday?
There will be no Director buys.
Who tells you?
Why does the volume go up before good news is released like the Bond Approval RNS last week. Volume on the day was up, was hard to buy from morning.
It's not a surprise when news comes. You all know about it.
The Company needs to be investigated to root out the source of information.
FCA is pointless so will need to be directly with the London Stock Exchange or something but with media coverage to coincide and ensure there is no whitewash
just looking back at posts from june when sp was 6.6p
then july at 3.8p
now in august at 1.9p
september 0.95p anyone?
an absolute **** show. it's either takeover offer or prison for the directors.
one of the 2 final outcomes
Oh look its Beb
Hi Beb, no work again today? You must be a train driver the amount of days you're here
You are correct. I don't know who holds what. Why the hell would I know that weirdo
Anyway this sh'!tshow that is IOG looks like it's going lower and GSA Capital have been very well informed since the start here.
Where and from whom they get their information to inside trade is important to know
That's a nice holding. And as nearly everyone is under water so sorry for your loss. Was asking to know if you're Bebs team or a holder is all.
In terms of the incorrect info, sure correct anything you see stated wrong.
Thank you for the information Ajilimon
My mistake
Were you just hanging around in the shadows to correct that or...?
Any interest in IOG
Goldman Sachs Capital Partners are shorting here.
Wonder who they talk to at IOG for information.
Old article. Interesting read
I don't hold any shares or have any interest
But I spend my whole day here posting more than all actual shareholders combined
Because that makes total sense. No interest or interest of some kind, you decide.
Waiting for agreement on a sale. It needs to include the cash in the bank being distributed back to shareholders.
#SouthwarkGate
I expect to no longer hear from Mr. I'm here from 6am to midnight everyday however I'm not a shareholder yet I have all RNS available to hand to refer you to at any moment
If anyone believes the idiot isn't a paid shill to be here then you want to stop investing. It's not for you
This company will be taken private on the cheap. Whether you get 5p or 8p plus the £20m in cash dividend is up to you.
If the games continue I'll start sharing information about Southwark testing and what really happened there.
The concerted and planned effort to crash the SP over the last 6 months
I won't pretend it was possible without the Board being wholly.. Onboard
Next will be a low ball offer to pick up the tax losses and very important infrastructure in place ready for the next push in investment in the North Sea.
It'll come soon before gas prices shoot up too high and we quickly cash build too.
If the games continue I'll start talking. And it won't go well for anyone involved
'The only question mark is how are they going to do it.'
But now the question mark has disappeared and you know that the M&A expert advisors are NOT advising on a sale, have I got that right?
Let's be honest. You were hoping when you said that nobody would be looking any further into SSP. Although we all had when announced it was mostly forgotten. But thank you for bringing back to our attention.
You told us D4E was definitely coming. Then switched quickly from that after the Extension RNS.
Now you're onto some next crap.
You're here to try to keep price as low as possible. You've been here to do that since your employers started buying up shares here in advance of a takeover offer.
There are a few of you on the same payroll.
