RE: Shareholder returns when share price not performing9 Mar 2023 10:19
Talking of shareholder returns.
15p in cash in the business.
So for every £1120 you're getting £1500
£15,000 for every £11,200 held. Cash alone.
Assets and licensed on top.
The debt facility of £65m is fantastic. Means no placing or need for cash short or medium term. Not currently drawn down either.
All available to pay for development if required.
Talk of monetisation of assets. As mentioned below the Directors are in at a lot higher SP. They want to see a return on their investment no doubt if they were able to buy now they would.
However I'm guessing that project monetisation talks are somewhat advanced hence they can't at the moment. Watch this space
