2. Wondering if Sidara has got them holding the price back. At 38p SP a 70p bid doesn't look so bad. If price runs away to 55p then 70p suddenly doesn't look so good.

So they could be on a 'free-exit' deal for holding back the price. Is it legal? Probably not.

Has it happened before, 100% likely.

So quick question as not held through a takeover offer before.

If an offer lands tomorrow - let's say 100p

If it says recommended then SP will usually open around 95-98p imo. Usually it's a little bit under the offer price and floats there for the day.

If it says rejected for undervalued the market will assume a second approach is likely at a small premium say £1.15p. So SP may overshoot the 100p offer later in the day

But let's say it's 100p recommended. It opens 95-98p. I can sell right away but.. I want the full 100p as the 5p difference is worth a lot of thousands to my holding. What do I do? Keep holding up to suspension then wait a couple of weeks for my broker to credit my account?
