Brent closed +2% today so we should have a nice -3% day tomorrow

Meanwhile back to good old £10, haven’t been there for a while!

The thing I don’t get at the moment is the endless selling everyday, you can easily sell most of the time (I have tried selling my 3500 shares in the past couple of days and have been able to every time in one go) yet with bigger volume and more buys come
more sells and vice versa ... Now i could understand it at say £13 as another base for consolidation but it’s very strange at £11, especially after being stuck at £10 for ages...

I’m afraid not mate, the whole business model is to buy some older field for a good deal and extend its life by more drills to postpone the decommissioning. I believe AA and his team have great experience in the NS and know the true value of the assets there vs the decoms, don’t think it would make sense to completely change what has worked for the company so far (although currently not reflected in sp - true). There should be plenty of opportunities at the moment, hope AA won’t wait too long and get some gas rather than oil...as he mentioned in last interview with Malcy (he also said they will probably wait until the dust settles, which you could argue has with brent above $40?)

Hmm I think that’s unlikely mate, AA said many times in the past interviews that they intend to stay in the NS, Netherlands and maybe Norway. But it’s certainly a shame if Acquisition in Asia would get us some normal mcap hah

Hopefully EIA report tomorrow will show improved demand for oil so brent can go up and us down

Hope so mate, very frustrating at the moment, hope we will all be rewarded for our patience and choice of a good quality company over indebted ones, which meanwhile rise much more

These sort of theories are In 99% cases just paranoia, MM playing games, mm want your shares, someone wants to hold it back, Code 1 etc... there is just a big seller or multiple sellers that want out, probably no matter the price

Who the hell has so many shares tho, must be Cavendish, why would PI’s sell with brent up?

Could be Cavendish cashing in some profits on the latest top up? Otherwise don’t know where are all the big sales coming from

Either that or people are just fed up with this bad boy not rising when other oilers are

Hah “soaring with confidence one week and deeply reticent the next” I wouldn’t say it better myself mate, hopefully patience and no giving in to panic will pay off in time

Funniest thing is that this company was established in 2016 with oil under $30 and the whole business model is built around survival in tough oil market, why even bother arguing with that guy if he cannot even provide specific numbers for his argument
