I see it’s 50/50 between Dana and PMO, PMO wanted to purchase additional 25% from Dana but: 1. Would Dana sell the 25% to us as another company when the project was originally between the two? 2. If not, would Dana want to sell their whole 50% ? Interesting times ahead

Sounds like a good asset + no suspension since it wouldn’t be reverse takeover

Thefuturetruth I’m modest mate, I would expect some deal between 100-300mil on asset that’s mostly gas producing and sp between £18-24 it’s low of course but it would make me happy, fingers crossed for Q3

PMO already made the move up, RRE hasn’t, clear choice mate + there will be big ass acquisition this year and you can sleep like a baby because RRE has no debt unlike here

Hmm, maybe you are right mate and I do recall AA mentioning it very briefly during the last interview with Malcy (as one of the things they continuously consider) so share split might happen one day, who knows, otherwise dividend wise I reckon they will keep it unless we do some monster acquisition

I think it comes down to low RNS activity as discussed so people are not as interested= low volume, on the other hand SQZ has around 100 trades/day too and they moved up nicely

You got a point mate, we had 7 drills this year planned, cut down to 3 from which 2 have already happened (West Brae I believe) so we should have one more on Arran field + pipeline finished and that’s pretty much it I guess + as you said acquisition can come next month but also next year

Btw NewKoTB i noticed that you are invested in SQZ so i assume you have a good research, I was wondering if they have relatively big decommissioning costs too since they are growing by acquiring older fields? If so then it would be weird that it’s the biggest negative for RRE but isn’t for SQZ (perceived by market)
