Infinity, of course it has value. Any "A" share should be valued at 60% of the business. Its the Russian arm that is the problem. It's toxic and nobody will touch it for the time being. We could trade in the region of £3 to £4 in time.
Side pockets seems a good idea. Maybe issue Evraz "A" and "B" shares. The "A" shares covering all parts of the business outside of Russia, then return to market.
