I wrote to them too, about 3 days ago. I now have a bit of free time, so was going to ring them, but their new website isn't loading up lol.

Dunno mate. I Googled what a CVL is and it's not really good news for shareholders. I am way out of my depth with all the legal stuff, but I think all we can hope for is they are wound up, then re-launch the Company. Existing shareholders can be involved with this, to what extent I'm not sure.

Company moving into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. Update on Companies house on 30th May.

I cancelled my Linkedin when I retired, as there wasn't much point in me networking anymore. I guess it's still a useful tool for checking out people though? Hope springs eternal :)
